Vacation rentals with a pool in Itacimirim

I super recommend, I score 10 on everything, starting with host Rosângela. I and my family were delighted with the condominium, flet, gourmet area, location... in short...everything perfect!!!

Good location, away from the bustle of the center, but with the possibility of moving on foot there. Very nice nearby beach. Nearby restaurant, pharmacy, bakery and grocery store. Spacious house and wonderful pool and always clean. Débora had a team to clean the garden and pool so that it was always very clean.

We really like the accommodations and the location. It is close to the beach and some restaurants, as well as having the convenience of having access to the vans that pass on the nearby avenue and lead to the center of Arraial. The house is very well equipped, the environments are very cozy and the swimming pool is wonderful. Some minor repairs must be made, but nothing that compromises the experience of the stay. We thank Joana, who attended us promptly, especially at our check in, and is very friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning soon!

Our stay was great. The house is very good. The service of the Moacir before our needs was always quick and cordial. The house is a little away from the center, requiring a means of transport to get there. But for those who want quiet, her location is ideal, it is in a very wooded and quiet place. You can walk on the Parracho beach, for this it is necessary to walk to the end of the street and go down a staircase. Lili and Lu (Javier's nomination) helped us with cleaning the house and making breakfast and lunch, which made our experience even better.

Delicious Space, perfect for relaxing in Arraial. The house is very cozy, with a backyard full of trees and sounds of birds. The place is quiet and very quiet, an incredible combination to enjoy the beach and then rest. Geo is a great host and prepares the house with basic items that allow for a quiet stay without having to run to market. For all other demands, the market ahead resolves. The kitchen is well equipped, we use the space a lot. The bathroom and bedroom were super ok, the bed is iron and makes some little noises, but the mattress and pillows were great. Clothes washing/drying area was also very good. The balcony is a separate show, with a beautiful decoration and inviting nets. We love, recommend, and look forward to coming back.

Same spot on the photos. It has a swimming pool, TV in the rooms and bedrooms, bathrooms in good condition and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator and cutlery, as well as a laundry area. The house serves five people that was my case, and I believe a little more if you need it. The only point that I left to want was the cell phone signal that inside the house did not work and the internet signal that is good only in the living room, apart from that answered perfectly. If a router was installed inside the house to repeat the signal, I believe it would.
