everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

Great opportunity to get out of the city and relax.

The apartment was clean, stylish, and in a great location — exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. One thing to note: the air conditioning wasn't working properly during our visit, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times, especially during warmer parts of the day. Hopefully this can be fixed for future guests, as the apartment is otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

The house is close to Taksim Square but the area is not the best (there is a lot of garbage, from my window you could see men who burned plastic or garbage everywhere) even if quiet, never had problems with anyone.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Gamze for her interest and concern. :) Whatever question we asked, he patiently responded in a very short. We loved the villa with our friends, we could only enjoy a birthday celebration this much. :) The villa is exactly as seen in the photos, it has a wonderful and peaceful view, the landscape is very beautiful, the pool is clean. The amenities in the house, especially the kitchen, were very useful. It's in a location where you can order food remotely. ^^ I definitely recommend it for large groups of friends, and our friends have already stated that they will rent this place for their other events. :)

The accommodation was exactly as in the photo. We had no problems with communication, our questions were answered immediately. The location was very convenient and safe. We received it clean and tidy. It's a really ideal place to relax, have fun and swim

The house was huge yet very comfortable. Everyone had their own private space as well as a perfectly appointed living room where all of us could congregate. The elevator was very much appreciated due to one of our family member’s mobility challenges. Deniz was always very quick to respond and shared multiple links for suggested local activities and the like. He is very nice and courteous. Getting to the metro, which we used every day, was a breeze. The local grocery stores sold all the basic products we needed and there are several very good neighborhood restaurants. We enjoyed our stay in Deniz’s home very much. Grazie, Deniz!

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. We organised our wedding in the villa and lived a wonderful moment. The place is very quiet, nice near the river, with a swimming pool, a barbecue, and games for kids in the huge garden. Duygu is always very reactive in case of any issue (missing towel or a broken light). I recommend !

Our stay was very nice. We were warmly welcomed by Mustafa and were always able to contact him with our questions. The beach is just around the corner and restaurants are within walking distance and can be reached by car. The house was adequately equipped and we had a good time there.

Great stay at this villa! Spacious and perfect for a big group, located in a quiet area for a relaxing getaway. Leon was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our time here so much that I plan to come back with my family again. Highly recommend
