Lorenzo and Alessandra are great hosts, the apartment is easy to find, the garden is fantastic and there is everything you might need. It is clean and warm in the winter, next to the beach, relaxed, we will stay again next time we come. Thank you for everything ❤️

Very clean and tidy place Even if only for one night, we had a great time 😊 Sharohn is very nice and helpful, his directions to get there were very useful and simple. If we were to go back to the surroundings, I would choose it again . Definitely recommend 👍

Stayed here for one night when we arrived at the airport. Used it to catch up on sleep/jet lag. We did walk from the airport which was about 3 miles/5 kilometers. We got exactly what we needed and were hoping for!

After 4 days of Rome, best relax. The view was even better than in the photos :-) Very easily accessible by train from Rome. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice accommodation, everything is available! Ideal if you come with a dog, an outdoor shower allowed us to rinse the sand from the beach which is just around the corner from the accommodation! Space to park if you come with your car! Very nice host and above all very responsive! If we have a chance, we will come back! Thanks again ☺️

High Quality are the words that best describe everything connected to this two bedroom apartment. Lucianna and Vincenzo are high quality, very classy people. Absolutely beautiful people. The place has been modernized with high quality features. The modern windows reconfigure and adapt to whatever your preferences are, and, when closed, block all sound on exterior. The floors are beautiful parkay wood. Love the front porch. The stove, refrigerator, bathroom, and clothes washer are very high quality. I have spent months in Ostia, and want to share that this apartment is literally perfectly located. It is on the nicest side of town. One block from the beach. One block from the train (which, believe me, you will appreciate after days when you tour Rome). One block from a huge park which is super for kids. One block from the town esplanade that has numerous restaurants and cafes. I liked Golden Italy which is almost across the street, and is a nice local spot. Be back soon!!

I really can't say enough good things about Enrico's place and Enrico himself. We were a family of 5 who spent a month and we absolutely enjoyed our stay in every way. The home is super well organized and well equipped. There is a private and beautiful garden which increases the space a lot. On the other side, in a common area, there is a swimming pool, small football pitch and a tennis court, all of which we used and enjoyed a lot. And the best part of all, was the brand new wood-fired pizza oven in the garden where we on several occassions really enjoyed making super delicious Roma-style pizzas. The neighbourhood is also great with a supermarket within 3 minute walk, good local restaurants within walking, an amazing bakery and less than 10 min to the beach. Enrico was super friendly and helpful the whole time and provided lots of great recommendations to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible. This place is a gem - don't hestiate to book it :)

It was our first vacation in two years. We had a pleasant stay and had several days near the seaside. Patrizia and her husband were so helpful, always in contact and in good mood. We were so lucky to find this gem! Some days were very hot and we spent time at the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and so green! The house is beautiful and well equipped- you have everything you need!

We felt very comfortable in Federico's house! It offers enough space for a family of 4 and it has everything you need. Federico is very helpful, straightforward and generous. We were allowed to use all the amenities and felt very comfortable. You can fully recommend the cottage!

I just have to praise, thank and recommend to everyone who wants a great place, a wonderful service. Apartment facing the sea, everything clean, host gave us all the city tips. Anyway, everything perfect!

We had an amazing time in Marina di San Nicola. The area close to the house is really cozy and family friendly and the beach was just a four minutes walk from the house. Giuliana is really helpful and nice. The house with the pool was bigger then we thought and we really enjoyed the outside area.

The house is in an excellent location making for easy drives to Bracciano and Trevignano Romano, both filled with restaurants and shops. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor pizza oven made cooking a variety of foods quite easy. The view is positively beautiful. Vincenzo and his father are highly welcoming hosts and clearly love and take care of their property.

We had a very nice stay at Adonella’s apartment. Adonella and her husband were very helpful and kind.

Livia was great and her house beautiful, clean and tidy! He helped us with our transportation, gave us helpful directions to the area and restaurants, and showed us everything we needed! She always responded and was kind and friendly! The house was very close to the Stela Pollare stop and that made getting around easy and quick! We hope to come back Livia, thanks!

All good! Naoki communicates very quickly and very nice apartment, we were just a little cold and Naoki immediately told us how the heating worked, which worked immediately and very well!

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! Absolutely loved our stay at Raffaela’s place! It exceeded our expectations—much bigger than we imagined and so much better than our previous Airbnb experience. The apartment was nice, clean, and tidy, and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed. The washing machine was a great bonus, too! The elevator was a huge plus, especially in the heat, as we’d previously climbed four floors daily. The view of the ocean from the balcony was stunning. Raffaela was also incredibly helpful, giving us a ride to the airport for just 35 euros. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

This lovely appartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It has great air con which we couldn’t have managed without! The two balconies are brilliant. Tiziano and Michelangelo were very responsive hosts. There are nice touches such as providing slippers, this made the apartment feel more like a hotel which was a welcome addition. The only downsides for us were the lack of (an advertised) safe and the dodgy locks on all the shutters and the front door. Granted, the apartment is old but it would definitely benefit from these being fixed so they shut properly. The front door lock is really difficult to open and shut which we found frustrating over time. The apartment would also benefit from mosquito nets at the windows, something that’s usually standard in Italy. We used plug ins instead but would have preferred to be able to keep the shutters open had these been in place. The smallest bedroom became insufferably hot as a result. Overall we loved our stay and highly recommend it!
