Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Islantilla

It was a good experience, the house was cozy and the location was very good.

It is the second time we are in this apartment, it is a quiet area, and it is just as seen in the photos.

David and Megan's spacious townhouse was in a perfect spot to be near everything, but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. They offered some nice extras that don't seem to be part of the AirBnB experience anymore, like milk, juice and coffee to start off your vacation. David even picked us up at the train station and drove us to the townhouse. We were impressed with their quick response when we had a question. Although we didn't take advantage of the service, they offered to be of assistance with providing ideas for excursions and things to do in the area.

Nina's house was absolutely perfect! Stylish, clean, extensive kitchen range, even toys for our little son. We had the best time! And Nina was so friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay at Ana’s place, such a peaceful & quiet place. In less than 2 minutes we were between the trees with our dogs. We had everything we needed in the house, clean & cosy.

Really nice, kind and welcoming hosts. typical Portuguese home. quiet place clean with all the essentials to stay . the beach, restaurants , center within walking distance it's great to fall hard from hosts so nice and available for their guests . i highly recommend and we will come back.

Great location! Five minute walk to the water front, ferry, close to restaurants and cafes. Pedro was friendly and very responsive, the place was spotless, provided a cot for our baby which was so helpful and the kitchen had everything we need for a family with small children (including washing machine!). We were there in winter but I would have loved to make more use of the pretty outdoor terraces (covered and sunshine options)!

Perfect stay and location.

We would definitely stay again if allowed. It was a bit difficult to find on the first pass but Fernando arranged for someone to look out for us and show us in. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the town was lovely and walkable! Stay here if you are able!

The House of Orchids was a wonderful vacation. Fatima was always reaching out to us to see if we needed anything and was quick to respond with lots of local information. Vila Real de Santo Antonio is a beautiful village with elegance. Not a party place but with lots of great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores within walking distance. The train is a short walk and easy to catch a train to take day trips to other villages for the day or see the rest of the Algarve. or a short walk to the marina for a day out in Spain. The apt was very spacious and comfortable with a very large courtyard where we used the outdoor grill a few times. The kitchen was well equipped and because we had a 4 week stay I was very happy to have the washing machine and dish washer. I would recommend this apt with pleasure. Lovely apartment in quiet residential area but only a few minute's walk to the main square with good choice of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Both the ferry and bus terminals are within walking distance. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a great roof terrace . Easy check in and out. Would recommend.

As other guests have mentioned, you are staying in a real home, not a place outfitted for short-term rentals. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with a large fridge and ample cupboard space. Gabriela instructed us on restaurants and grocery shopping. The comfort of the apartment proved especially welcome, as we had a number of rainy cool days at the beginning of our stay, so remaining indoors was not a hardship. There is a large living room and dining area, the bedrooms are large and spacious, there is heating in each bedroom and the living room, there are throw rugs on the floor for warmth against the cool tiles, there are bedside tables and lights on both sides of each bed, and the terrace is large with spectacular views of Tavira. The steps up from the road to get to the neighborhood were a nonissue for us—they are easily manageable. We rented a car for a few days and there was a parking spot for us. There are no downsides to Gabriela’s beautiful unit.

Very nice place in a good location close to the city of Tavira and the waterfront. We enjoyed it.

Wonderful location, easy walk to restaurants and the river walk, street parking was easily findable (April), hosts met us upon check in and provided all relevant info, and, our favourite, a neat little cafe right outside the back door. Highly recommend!

It was just like the listing description and photos. José Carlos responded to all questions and quick. The accommodation was very advisable and it gave us a lot of ease in welcoming our 2 dogs. it didn't give us any problems.

Wonderful place to stay on the outskirts of Tavira. A 8 min walk into town.

Excellent apartment with everything needed for a great stay. Supermarket at the end of the road and pool was very quiet with plenty of beds. Not far from Tavira centre but we took an Uber. Only issue was no holder for shower head that was quite awkward but everything else was great.

We had a fantastic stay at Ana's condo in Cabanas de Tavira. It was the perfect location for us. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and local amenities. The condo is beautifully decorated with a fabulous kitchen! I have a lot of food sensitivities and need to cook a lot of our meals. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped! Even though we visited in a cooler time of year (February) it was still lovely to sit outside on the patio. The afternoon sun warmed up the space nicely. There are 2 sliding doors and 1 door into the condo. So much beautiful light on the sunny days! Thank you Ana for your hospitality - you are so responsive and kind. We loved staying in our condo and hope to be back next year!

Lovely spaceous appartment, spotlessly clean, everything you need, wonderful location.

The description fully matches what we found, the apartment has everything, everything is very clean, the beds are very comfortable. Very good area with restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Access to the beach is just a few minutes' walk through a pedestrian area in front of the exit of the residential development. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable, spacious and fully equipped apartment. Quiet area, half an hour walk from the center, however .amb a bus in front of the door. Lydia is always attentive to all messages and everything super easy. Totally advisable!
