Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Island of Palms

Great place, great host. Franks concern for everything really shows in his unit. Even putting up some Christmas lights outside before our arrival. Great walkable area. And 4 places close by - Vern’s, Chubby Fish, Island Provisions and D'Allesandro's. Great food all at different levels. And 1 street over from King St so close enough to walk but far enough away that you don’t get the craziness. So - perfect spot. You’ll enjoy Franks place.

I stayed with a group of 7 for 3 nights. Everyone slept very well, as the area is pretty quiet, and the beds are very comfortable. The hot tub was a nice bonus, as was the well-stocked game room. The location is nothing exciting, but you are well connected to downtown. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. A late checkout is possible, but only for a pro-rated price of the nightly rate, which is not something I have ever experienced in 10+ years on Airbnb. We decided that wouldn't be worth the cost.

Really beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. The house is exactly as described and felt even bigger than we were expecting. The kitchen has every appliance or utensil you can need and the backyard with fire pit and hot tub was awesome! Perfect for what we needed and would definitely stay here again when we’re visiting.

We had great time at "StayFunCharleton" during last week of December along with our 4 kids. We felt like home, well organized, clear instructions, clear description of home, very friendly and responsive host, a lot to do at home and close to most of necessities. Highly recommended and we'll definitely go back to stay in this home again.

Adorable bungalow. Has everything you need including a hot tub. Was super clean. The host was very responsive. A very close walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a good stay. I would recommend staying here together guests. Great up and coming location with shops within a walkable distance.

Phil’s home in Charleston, SC, was everything we could have hoped for and more. The house was beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly quiet—exactly what we needed for a restful getaway. Our favorite amenity was the hot tub, which provided the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hot tub was hot even in December! Perfect! The kitchen was a joy to cook in, with everything we needed to prepare meals easily, and the check-in process was seamless and stress-free. From start to finish, our stay was rejuvenating and truly memorable. We would absolutely recommend Phil’s place to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in Charleston.

This is place is excellent. Lots of room. Comfortable furniture. Great sound with the main TV. Pool is really nice and comfortable to hang at. Best kitchen of any Airbnb I’ve stayed at. All the utensils and pans worked well. Karen and crew made it super easy for us to check in real late and were very helpful when our flight was involuntarily changed while we were there. Also, location, location, location. We went all over, downtown and North Charleston, Folly Beach, John Island. Everything was 15-20 minutes away from the house. We had such an excellent stay.
