Recently completely renovated at high standard this apartment has an amazing and spacious terrace for lazy lunches and dinner. Barbecue on terrace. For security reason we had ti remove the umbrella. The living room has and double sofa bed very comfortable. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people. Open staircase makes it not suitablenfor young children

The house is a beautiful apartment in Ortigia in the center, 200 m from the Duomo and the sea. Reachable ONLY on foot. Newly renovated and well finished, with high ceilings, air conditioning and property terrace overlooking the characteristic old courtyard. Suitable mainly for couples. The reservation for 2 includes accommodation in a double bed. The 3 e4 bed are in a mezzanine with tv of about 6sqm high 170 cm. 2 bikes available. You're welcome!

Giuseppe was a great host, he told us lots of local places to go which were fantastic. The house was good value and the pool area was very nice. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed including an electric orange juice perfect for fresh Sicilian oranges. My negative comments would be that it is on a relatively busy road, you cannot walk to anything in the neighbourhood so you need a car. I also found the beds very hard and uncomfortable. However access to local beaches is easy by car and also into Syracuse/ Ortiga, I noticed lots of buses that if more organised we would have taken!

Stylishly furnished apartment. A breathtaking view of the sea and the old town from the gigantic large terrace. Communication was straightforward and very friendly. We were in the apartment with our nine year old son. He had his own little room above the stairs which he loved. There is also an enclosed bedroom as well as a pretty kitchen-living room. The location at the bottom of Ortigia is perfect. Highly recommend.

Violette’s apartment is beautiful! Our family of 5 stayed here comfortably. The whole home is decorated beautifully. The location was absolutely ideal for exploring the best of Ortigia. If you’re planning on staying here make sure you are aware that you have to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs (from where you parked) and also one of the bedrooms is up another flight of stairs.

we stayed for a week and immediately felt at home: adequate privacy, everything that could be needed during the stay was, coves and restaurants within walking distance, Salvatore was always available and fast communication. We appreciated the pool, very comfortable also having the outdoor shower and the breakfast supply was a nice surprise, I would definitely recommend a vacation in this villa to everyone, thank you again for everything.

It’s a beautiful, modern villa with an infinity pool and gorgeous terrace, 10 minutes by car from Siracusa. You most definitely need your own transport but if you do, it’s easy to find restaurants etc that are a short car drive away. Would recommend Cava Grande, which is about 45 minutes away (Carrubella hike) and the beautiful nature reserve on the Southern coast. Definitely worth the trip to Mount Etna as well (a couple of hours in the car)

A little gem in the middle of Ortigia. Very lovingly and artsy furnished. We particularly liked the green bedroom with the balcony. We really enjoyed the beautiful terrace in the middle of the rooftops of Ortigia and ate there as often as possible and enjoyed the atmosphere. A stone's throw away is the market where we were able to stock up on fresh fruits/vegetables in the morning. Everything is easily accessible on foot and it's fun to get lost in the many winding alleys. We had a wonderful time here as a family! Thanks Ginevra and Alberto, (both very likable and friendly!) If we are in Syracuse again, we will be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic week here, the villa was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Met by Sergio on check in and he was very friendly and gave us recommendations for the week. The beach is a couple of minutes walk away and there’s a great cafe/bar next door. Great place for exploring Syracuse and the surrounding area. Would definitely return.
