Exceptional Stay in a Welcoming Home Our recent stay in Joana's Airbnb was fantastic! Joana was a wonderful host, responding promptly to every message and request. Her friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. The house was exactly as described, with the thoughtful addition of toiletries. The secured community provided peace of mind, especially with kids. The kids had a blast playing in the pool and exploring the neighborhood. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It's the perfect place to relax and create lasting memories.

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. It’s very well-maintained, clean, and has many facilities. Each bedroom has a private shower. The location is also peaceful, safe, and just a short 15 minute drive to the downtown area. The host was very responsive and went out of their way to give us a house tour so that we would be familiar with everything. Check in and check out were very smooth. Something to note: The washing machine is not automatic so if you need help you can ask how to use it or watch a video online. We’ll definitely recommend this place!

Nice accomodation

Our group was composed of 3 sets of parents who accompanied our children for a convention in Davao City. We appreciated the fact that the place was located within the compound where our children and their teachers are staying and this made our presence readily available to assist them with their needs. The unit had water available and electricity was not an issue. Its internet connection is high speed and the smart TV allowed us to monitor the US elections. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to prepare healthy meals and snacks for the kids to consume. The location was strategic to the convention’s venues so we were saved from a lot of trouble dealing with the city traffic. A staff was on site to assist us with our needs and was quick to answer our phone calls. We are greatly satisfied that we stayed in this unit and this made our participation in the convention a huge success. We highly recommend this place for its completeness, safety, and comfort. 👌⭐️

Loved everything about this home. Very clean and spacious! Hosts are responsive and act quickly. Walkable to Matina Town Square where there are several dining options including my favorite Halo-Halo place Aling Fopings. It was maybe a bit large for only 8 people but it was nice to have all that room. Price is right if you have 12 or more people. Kinda pricey for just 8 people.

Because of the extra beds supplied, the apartment can sleep up to 7 people. The area is peaceful and conveniently located within the city limits.

We had a wonderful stay at Ma’am Eugenia’s airbnb, which we used as the set for our short film production. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going above to endure we had a smooth experience. The host was quickly responsive for what we request. The house was clean and tidy. Spacious room and the bathroom was amazingly clean too. Very convenient how we enter to the door. Super easy to access to find the place, also i love how close the house to the airport, malls and other good activities for touring in Davao City. We had an excellent stay at Floro's place! Late check-in was no problem since they live right next door. Booking a Grab to and from the Davao International Airport (or to anywhere you want to go, like the Philippine Eagle Center in Malagos) was also really easy and quick. The place was really clean, cool, and comfortable to stay at. It's also located in a quiet and peaceful subdivision that is nearby restaurants, a wet market, and a mall with a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a coffee shop. Definitely a home away from home.

Amazing host, this was our second time staying at this Airbnb both times were perfect. We will definitely stay here again next time in Davao City. Thomas and Rose have a great place and always keeping it nice. Thomas Rose and Lot Lot are always friendly and kind, they keep their place so clean. If you’re looking for a nice place in Davao City with a private pool don’t pass on their place.

Awesome host, place, and location! Aiza's place is everything we expected for a home away from home should be. It was a quiet & safe neighborhood, clean, comfy, & convenient. Since we were long-term guests - Aiza provided a clothes washer, weekly cleaning, regularly checked in that we had what we needed, and quickly responded to our requests/questions. Added bonus is that the Coastal Rd is nearby for sunrise walks & workouts. We will definitely book her place again...so go for it if you're in the area - you'll be glad you stayed at Aiza's place!

We were very thankful that the Sue was able to accommodate our last-minute booking. She was responsive and kind, making the whole process smooth. The caretaker was also just a phone call away, which made things very convenient. The house itself was spacious, perfect for our whole family. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the tools we needed, which made meal prep easy. Overall, the entire family had a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend this place

We had a great stay. Our car did not fit in the parking area of the house since it's big but good thing there's a basketball court 20 steps away from the house so we parked it there. thank you ma'am Mercy.

Very clean when I arrived. Mosquitoes only came in after I opened the windows one day for 24 hours. When I arrived there were no mosquitoes. Lots of tricycle drivers hang out outside the door. Bedroom is relatively quiet. Cold shower. Nice big refrigerator. House is very decorated.
