Daniel was a great !!! He responded fast and very helpful. Thought I was locked out the house and it took Daniel nothing but 5mins to get there. I will be back soon

Jenny was a great host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She shared great local recommendations, from restaurants to taxi services, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of 9, and the space was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made group meals easy. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time at Dolores's place - very comfortable beds, clean house, and amazing (and very warm!) pool. Already looking forward to our next trip to San Juan.

To begin: Loved this house and the neighborhood it's in. House looks exactly as it's presented in the photos. Clean, organized and has so many things to help make your stay feel more comfortable. The island had a period of time where the lights were out but the house has a generator that was really helpful. Rafael helped with clear instructions on how to navigate through everything which was really useful. As long as you follow the directions given, things run pretty smoothly. Communication with Rafael was seamless. He responded pretty quickly and answered any questions we had. Neighborhood is pretty quiet in the evening. Even when the lights were out, kids were out playing (which we enjoyed seeing since most kids are usually on a tablet or phone in the city we're from) but everyone was considerate of the time, and inside by about 9pm. Most places and restaurants were no more than 15 to 20 mins away which made catching a uber pretty easy to do. I'd defn stay here again :)

The place was exactly as the picture described. Super clean and we liked the location because it allowed us to easily travel to all parts of Puerto Rico.

Elvin was a great host. He was super accommodating about our stay and responsive whenever we had a question. The location is conveniently accessible to the beach and a short drive to the downtown area. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Our group had a great stay!

Eduardo’s place was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The beach was walking distance and we also enjoyed the pool. We took advantage of having a kitchen to cook some of our meals. Appreciate the basket of beach towels provided. Check-in was easy and grateful for accommodating a late checkout request. Communication was great — he was always responsive. Thank you!

I highly recommend you booking your stay at Kelvin house it was an amazing stay my kids had a blast everything was so clean and beautiful he was a very amazing host I will definitely book with him again a thousand times the pool was amazing and the hot tub definitely was a plus thank you so much Kelvin hope to book with you again !!!!

Loved my stayed in Federico’s house. Many rooms; all with private bathroom for the different family members. I arrived under a major power outage and Federico made everything possible to ensure the house was ready for our arrival. Power generator was definitely a PLuS! Pool and basketball court are just in-front of the building making great for kids and grownups to have fun. Beach was easily accessible with card provided to park at the Embassy Suites hotel just a short 5 mins drive. House is immaculate and TV Family Room was great for movie nights. I would definitely recommend this house for big families that want to have some quiet and family friendly vacation. Looking forward to staying here on in any other of Federicos places. Is nice to stay in a place where host makes all possible to ensure you have a great stay!!

We had an amazing stay at Javier’s villa! He was incredibly accommodating and responsive, even on such short notice. The villa itself is absolutely gorgeous—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a luxury getaway. Loved our stay at Tom’s place! The location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants near by and it’s a great home base if you want to visit a wide range of places like San Juan and Fajardo. The home is up the mountain away from the main road which made it peaceful as well as beautiful. You can tell Tom takes pride in his villa and gave the extra care to make it feel homey and inviting. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and Tom was very responsive with any questions we had. This property is definitely a unique gem!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was excellent.tThe beach was amazing, great for riding the waves and walking. The parking and access was so close to her place.The pool was spectacular and perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The home had everything we needed and was a perfect fit for our family of four. The host was excellent—responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

This airbnb is amazing! Absolutely gorgeous scenery, very peaceful and quiet, you quickly feel connected to nature and leave back all daily stress. We had a great time, everything we needed was available for us. Having our morning coffee outside, walking the areas, cooking on the fire, enjoying the hot tub and just being present while relaxing made our weekend. Our host was very friendly and communicative. We stayed during a rainstorm and the water level rose impressively fast, we only got to enjoy the river for a while, however, we made sure to leave the water when it started raining and our host made sure we felt at ease. We definitely want to come back!

I loved staying here. I hiked to the waterfall almost every day. Such a great place to connect with nature. Elier is such an amazing host! Can’t wait to come back!

You sleep with the nice sound of coqui and La Paz that brings you this place. Our adventure, go to bathe by the river that the property has access. We've Gozao!!! More than 100% recommended.
