We absolutely enjoyed every part of our stay at Beatrice's place at Marbella. Clean, tidy and everything we needed was provided. Excellent spot! Walgreens and other stores right across the street and a beach right out the back door. TONS of restaurants from fast food to fine dining all within walking distance. An excellent choice for a great getaway to Puerto Rico!

What an amazing stay we had at Beatriz and Victors Airbnb! This is a beautiful sub penthouse on the 21st floor with panoramic views of the San Juan coastline. Unit is a very large studio with an amazing layout, fully renovated top to bottom tulum style. Balcony is breathtaking with a hanging chair, kitchen is brand new with washer/dryer, beds and linens are cozy. Couldn’t recommend this place more, wish it wasn’t booked and we could stay a few more nights!

Great value for money. Cesar is a responsive host with the place having the basic amenities needed for a place to stay when you're spending all your time exploring outside, not for lounging. The space can hold 2 people and the neighborhood was in a convenient location, was quiet and felt safe.

Super clean and comfortable Airbnb. Located right on the water with beautiful views. Felt very safe with the exterior gate and security features. Kind host.

It was as per description, I had a family of 5 and it was very comfortable. Parking is a little tight if you have a “big” car ( we rent a minivan) but he gives you options to park in another place. Clear instructions about hot water, as I have small kids and I was pending for them not to get burn.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful gem. It was so peaceful hearing the waves crashing. Even if you don’t have a view of the ocean from the room you can still hear it. The terrace and patio area were very nice. The beach is steps away. We had coffee on the beach and watched surfers. The water isn’t safe for swimming for our daughter or us as it’s rough but it’s so beautiful. There were many pretty places nearby that the host recommended. We found a good coffee shop called El Colorista. The food and coffee was amazing. The place was very clean and the host was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to traveling back soon. They had some items stocked in the fridge and they already had Shampoo, conditioner & body wash. It felt like we was at home away from home. The place is located in a neighborhood which made us feel like we had a real local experience. I recommend!!! Rent a car and go explore. Thanks for the beautiful stay

We had an amazing time at Rosemara's beach house. The place is beautiful, was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. My kids enjoyed every moment we spent there. The location is very safe. The pool area is beautiful and the beach as well. Rosemara was a great host! Thank you for sharing your home with us and for being part of a memorable vacation.
