Beachfront vacation rentals in Isla Canela

We spent four weeks in this beautiful, clean, and fully furnished apartment. Jose and Linda gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, air conditioning/heating, and many other things you might need for a longer stay. The bathroom is renovated and has modern furnishings. The location is perfect for walking with the dog. Restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance. You can explore the towns and surroundings of the Algarve by car. We felt very comfortable -although it rained a lot (not typical for February/March) -and would love to come back.

Casa clean and pleasant with all the necessary amenities. As for the host, Mr. Hélder is always very available to help.

Totally beautiful place overlooking the Ria Formosa. Although it belongs to a complex with a pool, restaurants and supermarket - all quickly on foot - you have your privacy. Tuesday and Thursday there is even free yoga by the pool - great! Nice beach nearby We felt very comfortable. Raquel is very easy to reach and always responds directly. We will be happy to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Ana's apartment. The apartment is spacious, nice and light with terraces on each side. The kitchen has good quality appliances and a kettle for us Brits !. Ana has equipped the apartment with nice plates, coffee cups and glasses - all scrupulously clean. Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth and Ana was very flexible with our entry and exit times which we thank her for greatly. Ana was always on hand to offer advise and instructions. Parking was easily available outside the apartment on the roadside. We would definitely stay there again.

This house was above our expectations. We stayed at Manuel's house for a number of weeks. The house is in a lovely quiet location overlooking Islantilla Golf Course. It is only a short 10 min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more for a long or short term stay and absolutely spotlessly clean. Thank you so much to Jamy for all her help over the number of weeks. Such a friendly person. I would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property.

The house of José e Cátia is very cozy and still has 2 wonderful terraces!! Communication with José was excellent. He received us with great joy. We were close to everything, the festival, the beach, the restaurants, the groceries… I loved spending these days at Fuseta and playing at the festival. Thank you!! And I hope come back to your home at Fuseta!

I really enjoyed Rui's place. Very Modern, walkable near the water and peaceful!

This very spacious apartment is absolutely fab The cleanliness is outstanding have stayed here before so loved coming back to it For us it ticks all the boxes and I am very picky The kitchen had every utensil u cud need Lots of fresh clean towels There was evan 2 umbrellas in hall which we were glad of as the weather wasn’t great The host checked in on us a few times to make sure we were ok she was very responsive Can’t wait to go back

We absolutely loved staying at this place, and could have happily stayed permanently haha. The first evening we watched a beautiful sunset with a homecooked meal (Lidl in Tavira) and the following morning all walked down to the nature reserve past the animals that our 3 year old loved, and watched the sun coming up with a coffee and it was pure heaven. Very family/child friendly, lots to do and the pool was quiet and great fun! The sun still there late October to top up the tan. More than enough to do in the surrounding areas, we were just happy to sit around the pool and relax. Despite the neighbours nearby, it feels 100% private and secure. The pool is communal but wasn't too busy. Rosa is lovely and always there to help. The internet isn't super strong, but you can get a signal booster from Rosa if you need it for anything. My phone had 4G/5G so I was fine. Everything you need. A bit dated but its fitting with the villa and the area. Would 100% stay again!

Very peaceful villa up in the hills 10-15 mins outside Tavira up some unpaved roads but easy to find. Lots of character, great swimming pool and lovely views, and very helpful hosts. Great for families as loads of plastic plates, cups etc and swimming pool toys/armbands. About 30 minutes from Faro and an hour’s drive from Lagos so great base to explore the Algarve but also just to hang out relaxing.

Peaceful location with tranquil gardens and surroundings. Short walk to a nice little beach and cycling/running route along the coast. Feels far removed from the busy areas of the Algarve - in a good way! Kind and responsive hosts who provided a cot and child friendly dining ware for our daughter - thanks Bruno and Sara!

The description fully matches what we found, the apartment has everything, everything is very clean, the beds are very comfortable. Very good area with restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Access to the beach is just a few minutes' walk through a pedestrian area in front of the exit of the residential development. We will definitely be back.

Nativity as a hostess is wonderful. David and Carmen who welcomed us were like friends from the first moment. All aware of what we might need. The house as my nephew defined "a dream ". We had already been to Isla Canela other years and always happy because we love this place, but this year the house, with rooms for everyone, garden. a beautiful pool, the kitchen with all the amenities, spacious bathrooms, closets and in the main room an incredible walk-in closet, the living room and the very comfortable porch. Everything so that nothing was missing. A vacation with space, good taste, comfort and feeling at home. We'll definitely be back. They treated us so well that we felt like friends. Highly recommended, if you want to spend an unforgettable vacation

Very clean, good treatment and good location, in general a 10. The only thing to comment is having to go to Ayamonte before 11 to check out.

Islantilla's house is very comfortable, clean and fresh. The owners are looking forward to all the time, facilitating the stay and giving suggestions. It's close to the beach, shopping, and dining. It is very nice to have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the garden and listening to the birds. The trees in the garden give good shade for most of the day.

From the arrival they made us feel right at home. Great treat and wonderful loft. Everything was clean and tidy. The appliances are new so they are in pristine condition. The proximity to the beach and tranquility of the neighborhood are a plus to keep in mind. Very satisfied in every way. Thank you very much for everything!

We loved our Stay at Scott’s place. His apartment is spacious, clean and only 100 metres walk to the 1st resort swimming pool where you can eat decent food and delicious Algarve orange juice if you like. The resort itself is a nice place to be and all the staff were very helpful. The closest beach and other restaurants/bars are just a short walk away. Yes the bed is comfortable and big. Would come back!

We have been very comfortable in Islantilla's house. They have all kinds of comforts, and honestly, you feel right at home. Very thoughtful details and nothing is missing. The garden is small, but enough to be able to have breakfast, lunch or dinner with a lot of tranquility and very pleasant. Beach access is a 10-15 min downhill walkway approx. The truth, it has everything very handy, and getting around by car is not at all difficult. Problem: Parking in Islantilla or La Antilla. When there is regulated parking it is usually simple (at least in Julio), and the cost is minimal. At least for us that we are a couple of hours on the beach and we are enough.

Anna's place was very clean and tidy. Joaquina was in touch to see if we needed anything. There are numerous restaurants to choose from, all within walking distance. It is ideally located to visit Huelva and Ayamonte, and even close enough to pop over the Portuguese border.
