We stayed from 24 to 31 August and we had a great time. Close to the sea, 5 minutes away. The house fully reflected the description, everything was clean. Agostina and Franco are special people, always available and ready to answer any request or question. The place is brand new, very clean and stocked with everything you need. Franco is a really helpful and friendly person, we immediately entered into friendliness and confidence. The village is small but, for various reasons, it entered my heart. I'll definitely be back next year!

Luca was an amazing host and I would highly recommended you stay at this Air bnb! The apartment was clean and very welcoming when we walked in. They even left us a bottle of wine which was very sweet :) We were walking distance from numerous restaurants and stores and down the street from the beach / water front. It was a truly amazing stay and I highly recommend 🫶🏼

Alberto and Gabriella's stay exceeded expectations. In addition to the absolutely strategic location to visit the surroundings and the structure rich in details and tastefully furnished, the added value is the hosting, the attention they reserve. We were lucky enough to have dinner at the property on the day of our arrival and what can we say? Dinner was also a treat. The solution of the one-bedroom apartment is proven to be a winner for our needs! A round of applause for the daily cleaning of the apartment, a very welcome service! When we return to the area we can't help but make a stop here.

Spacious, clean, beautiful home. Situated on a tranquil, gated lot with citrus and olive trees. Close driving distance to Portigliola Centro and Sant’Ilario Centro, Locri, beaches, walking distance to Ancient Greek Theater ruins. Above all, absolutely lovely host.

We stayed in this apartment the penultimate week of August 2024. Already from the description and photos used by the owners to present the apartment, it can be seen that it is a niceapartment, recently built, well furnished and in a quiet and elegant setting. The expectations, therefore, were very high: they were widely exceeded. - the apartment is spacious, well furnished and with all the necessary comforts so as not to notice any differences with your home; - The garden, very well-kept with a beautiful lawn, has a gazebo and a barbecue that make the evenings magical: relaxing and extraordinarily "summer"; - The beach and the sea (amazing) are really a few meters away; - In Caulonia and in neighboring countries there are all the services and the value for money is always very correct. I sincerely hope to spend more summers, with my family, in this beautiful apartment. Finally, thank you to Giuseppe for your punctuality and availability.

Great place in Soverato, very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Good location and easy parking in a big parking lot just around the corner. Check in and check out were very easy and the host was very responsive and available and made sure all was well. Would definitely stay here again! Great value, thank you, everything was perfect!

Great welcome. The welcome pot was really very friendly. Rita Stella and her husband are truly charming and welcoming hosts. The accommodation is clean, functional and quiet. The central location allowed us to go to the Ionian Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea, as well as push to Reggio de Calabria.

The apartment, located on a small promontory in front of the sea, is small but equipped with every comfort, but above all with a magnificent view that fills the eyes. Everything is beautiful, superlative, the hospitality of Mr. Giuseppe.

The property is equipped with all comforts, better than home! The photos are absolutely accurate! We found cleanliness, order and great availability and kindness of the hostess Giovanna who lives in the building and this surely provides an extra tranquility, although she is courteous that she is never intrusive. The house is very close to the sea and all amenities. The neighborhood is modern and easy to find parking in front of the house. My daughter and I couldn't have been luckier! I highly recommend it to those who need to go to the area! If I had to come back it would be my first and only choice!

We had a great experience at Marie-Thérèse's place, the apartment is located just outside the center of Polistena in a very quiet area. At check-in, we were greeted by the neighbor who was very helpful with us regarding the check-in time and personally welcomed us and showed us the house, she also had already turned on the air conditioners in advance to make the apartment more comfortable. The apartment is modern and comfortable for groups of up to 5 people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, there is also a very comfortable and large terrace for lunch or dinner outside. The property is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Polistena and just a few minutes by car from the Ionian Tyrrhenian state road that connects the city to all the main centers as well as the beautiful seaside resorts of the Ionian coast. Overall it was a great stay without any flaws to report. Recommended!

Antonimina was a pleasant discovery for us, it is completely regenerated: the chimes of the bell mark a slow time and now forgotten, the people of the country are extremely inclusive. Pietro, our host, seemed to have known him forever. The apartment is in a great location, complete with everything, you can sleep very well and there is really no need for the air conditioner, the fan is enough and advances and certain nights we also kept it off. We used the kitchen as it is functional and equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, cookware, plates and cutlery. A very small tip is to equip the kitchen with an initial kit of: salt, sugar, coffee and oil to maximize the comfort that is already very high. Me, my husband and Beatrice, our Golden Retriever have left a piece of heart there and will be back to repeat this wonderful experience. Thanks ❤️🥰!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment overlooking the coast and the village of Badolato! Mario and Chris were really very welcoming!

Great apartment, clean, well-kept, quiet, close to the sea reachable on foot. Very friendly and helpful owners. Good place to belong for excursions to Amantea, Pizzo, Tropea, Capo Vaticano. On the other hand, simply the logic needs to be equipped with cars.

A really nice pool! Which was amazing to stay in that cool water during hot day. Well equipped kitchen and got all essentials for cooking. Very close to many restaurants and very quiet during night. You can also see a lot of stars while dipping your legs in the pool during the night. A very awesome terrace too with a table and many chairs. Really recommend this place. Don't leave trash or food inside as there are garden ants.
