Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Iron County

Looked exactly as the pictures and was super clean. It’s a bit of trek to the top floor but it’s worth it with its height top ceiling and windows extending up all the way to the top. Check in was smooth and easy. Location was so convenient, only 2 minute drive from Brian Head and had amazing view of ski lift. Rooms were all heated and water was more than hot enough. We all recommend this place and would definitely come back here again!

We had an amazing stay! The host was super responsive, the place was clean and spacious for our family of 4, and the location can't be beat with the ski on/out option. We would definitely love to come back!

Lynn’s place was perfect for our young family. It had just what we needed as far as kitchen, beds, bathrooms but also had fun games and puzzles along with the community game room and hot tub. Easy to find and get in and out and walkable. Lynn was a wonderful host. We will return!

Great location, even better hosts. Communication was great from the start and very responsive. The place was well kept and had a cozy feeling. Everything you need, they have it there. Great stay!

Other than carpet and rugs that had some stains (rightfully so given the snow and mud which gathers around the unit), the place was great. Clean, well appointed, and plenty of space for our family of 5, including 3 teenage boys. Recommend for anybody and hope to come back in the future.

This is a wonderfully warm and inviting home. It suited all the ages of our group, from 7 to 75. Convenient to the Navajo ski area, pizza parlor and both small convenience markets in Brianhead. Tracy is a great host; everyone in our group would like to return!

We've been going to Brian Head for several years, and this is by far the best house we've stayed in. Very clean and spacious. We had a couple questions about the house after checking in, and Bob was very responsive. We plan on staying in the same house next time we come over to BH.

Great location. Literally the slopes are just outside and down the steps. Unit has a nice homey ok and cozy feel.

Great place to rest after a long day of shredding in beautiful Brian Head! Savi provided excellent and clear instructions for the location/access to Airbnb, private parking, heating, tv and clubhouse. My fiancé and I took full advantage of the hot tub and foosball table in the club house! It was a great place to rest and eat a hot meal.

Easy to find, walking distance to the giants steps lodge. The place was cleanly and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies to cook. Great place, would definitely recommend.

This little condo is perfectly located, minutes from the slopes. It was to easy to find, easy to park and easy to get everywhere. Dennis and Scott were extremely responsive and reached out several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Appreciated that everything was super clean and it was easy to cook our own meals as the kitchen had all the utensils. Given we were there over the winter holidays, the building was pretty packed so the pool and hot tub were very full and we could easily hear the folks stampeding above us ( bring ear plugs!) but that’s to be expected with the timing of the trip. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We LOVED our time at Curt's place. The location couldn't be better- ski in/out, general store, ice rink and restaurants downstairs, but no noise at all in the unit. Brian Head is such a fun mountain for family skiing and being right there made it so easy to stop for a break or lunch! The kitchen has all the cooking things we needed. We were glad we shopped down the mountain because groceries in BH were much higher and limited. I wish we would have had more time to stay and enjoy the condo, the town and the mountain!! We would absolutely book with Curt again when we return!

*First time visiting and already planning our stay for next year* Stayed with another family and we all absolutely loved our stay. Fit our family of 10 perfect. Loved the separation of master suites for both families with each having a private bathroom. Had all the kitchen supplies, games and anything you could think of needed during the stay. The slopes were literally walking distance. Host was very informative from start to finish! We will be back next winter!

Great place to stay. Super clean and lots of supplies, videos and games. Didn't have to contact the owner as there were no issues that needed addressing. Queen bed was extremely comfy though the frame is quite high. The bed came up to my belly button which made getting in and out a bit awkward (at age 65). I used the step stool from the kitchen which helped. Overall, very happy with the place.

We were super comfortable here! Plenty of warm, cozy blankets. The fireplace in the living room wouldn’t stay on, but there were more than enough space heaters to keep it nice and warm. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. And we loved the lodge - the pool, hot tub, and saunas were wonderful and the bar, restaurant, and coffee shop were fun places to hang out and eat good food at. The unit is in building 2, but only a very short walk outside to all of these lodge amenities. Something I didn’t expect was that the bedrooms didn’t have normal doors (a barn door on master and curtains on the other), but the rooms were tucked back enough from the living room that it didn’t matter - they still felt private. LOVED having a washer and dryer! This place literally had everything we needed!

It’s a rare find to have 3 full bath in Brian Head. Even it’s not ski in ski out, but it’s close enough to get to Nevajo. It’s cozy and comfortable to enjoy your time in Brian Head with friends and family. Jennie is always there for you, prompt response to all request. Will definitely consider her place first next time in Brian Head.

We had a great time in Brain Head! Place was clean, had all essentials, which made it easy with the kids! He was responsive with any questions or requests. It was Walking distance to both ski lifts and restaurants We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the great stay!💫🙏🎉

We loved this place. Gwen was so easy to work with and easy to communicate with. The location was prime—we could either drive to the Navajo lift in 3 minutes from the cabin or we could ski in and out of the cabin onto the ski run. The rooms were really cozy. The kitchen was very well stocked. One thing I loved is that the main living room doesn't have a TV in it, which made for a lot of great bonding time as a family. We played games, chatted, listened to music, and just hung out without the distraction of a TV. There was a TV room downstairs for movie nights etc. Great for large groups. The towels were clean and there were plenty to spare.

5 stars all around for this gem! The location is excellent, walk out and drop your skis and ski down to the bunny lift. Updated unit, very cozy, very clean. Huge back porch with gorgeous view. Plenty of space inside for four people. We agreed we felt right at home and comfortable here. In fact we booked another stay here while we were staying here. Loved everything about it.

This was the perfect place for my family of four. Kids loved it and the location was great. It is across the street from Giant Steps. The Treehouse was exactly as described and a terrific value. Dewey was very responsive and helpful.

We had an incredible stay at this cozy cabin in Brian Head! The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to the slopes and breathtaking mountain views. The cabin was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway, from a fully equipped kitchen to warm, inviting decor that made us feel right at home. After a day of skiing, it was such a treat to relax by the fireplace and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The host was excellent—responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and stay. If you’re looking for a perfect ski-in/ski-out experience or just a serene mountain retreat, this cabin is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!
