Vacation rentals with a patio in Iosco County

We loved our stay at Linda’s place and will definitely be back! The unit is well appointed with everything you’d need and more, and very clean and spacious. The deck was a treat with dog gates and a Blackstone- surprise! The beach is well manicured (and has fire pits!) and quiet, and is a one minute walk from the unit. Great place for a beach getaway!

We had a great stay at the Aloha House! It was super clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. The beach here is huge! I would definitely stay here again! Linda was always available if I had a question or concern.

Nice, cute spot! Bedroom was bigger than expected which was nice. Had everything you needed for a nice stay at the lake. Up north feel and updated!

Upon arrival, it was easy to find and easy to get into. It is right on Lake Huron and the beach itself is immaculate. The space was beautifully decorated and had all kinds of useful amenities. It was really cozy. :) Amazing experience! Will be back!

We just fell in love with this cottage. It’s pristine and beautifully decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. The beach is private and sandy. Hosts were lovely and so easy to work with. We can’t wait to go back

First and foremost Our Host Cassandra was awesome from the time we booked till we left.❤️ We had our first family vacation here and the location and the fishing and the whole area with the beach right down the road was absolutely perfect and beautiful!! Exactly what we wanted!! Also the fully stocked kitchen plus the other one lol was awesome even tho we didn’t even use the upstairs kitchen it was awesome to have it ❤️ My family and I truly recommend this cabin aka RIVER HOUSE 🥰 p.s. We left wood for the next family 🥰

This home was perfect for our needs. We were in town to visit family over the holiday and simply needed a place to lay our heads at night. The home was much more. It’s small but perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed the WiFi and were easily able to connect and watch some college football to wind down at the end of the day. The carport was huge. It rained a lot that weekend and I was able to fit my F350 long box under to avoid loading and unloading in the rain. We will definitely be looking to come back to this place in the future.

This was a beautiful house in a beautiful location. Was surprised how spacious it was as the pictures do not do it justice. Loved the private location and also how spotless everything was. My 3 year old especially enjoyed the coloring books and the building blocks, kept him busy for hours. The master bedroom upstairs was roomy and the view at the front window was awesome. It was big enough for us to sleep all together as a family. The hosts were friendly and responses were quick. Not that we had any problems during the stay, but we could tell they would have been quick to rectify any issues in a heartbeat. We look forward to coming back during the warmer months, but honestly this place is such a gem I suspect it's books fully during that time. Overall, a wonderful stay, worth more than the cost. Thank you for hosting our family.

My team had a great stay at Kayla's place. Home had all the amenities they needed and more. Kayla was a great host. She checked in on them and always made sure they had everything they needed. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

My husband and I stayed for my 39th birthday, and it was EXACTLY what we were looking for. The beach was beyond expectations and what sold us. We have this place saved for future visits. 10/10 recommend. Co-host was very easy to communicate with and made our stay easy and comfortable.
