Vacation rentals in Ionio Pelagos

We stayed for a week in Billy, Lissie and Vivian’s place. We immediately felt comfortable and had a great time there as a family of 3. The place is very calm and relaxing and you can pick your lemons and oranges directly from the tree. The hot tub under the stars makes the evenings a real experience. Although we’ve shared the garden with Billy and Lissie we hardly met them outside, giving us enough privacy. I want to point out we rarely have met such caring hosts. Thank you for the great time!

We stayed a month in the view ruby and it was super comfortable, great location, easy secure parking, incredible views to watch the amazing sunsets or storms roll in and lots of favourite cafes restaurants and bars within 5 min walk - not to mention blocks from the beach! The wifi was fast, balcony spacious and the egg chair was my favourite spot for a morning coffee or evening drink. Fajken and Tea were amazing and hospitable hosts, helped us out with any questions we had and checking in often, but not too much, to see if we needed anything. We’ll be back!

We were an extended family group and stayed for one week. Maria (online)and her father Leo (in person) were impeccable in their care during our stay, even permitted us to stay an extra half day to await our flights as the villa wasn't booked until the following day. It's a lovely spacious traditional family home that warranted respect, set in a very peaceful location that had strict local quiet time rules . Conversely the overhead planes can be noisy as the villa does sit under the direct flight take-off path depending on the wind direction, but this didn't keep us awake at night . We were able to get taxis into the old town for approx 15-20 euros as it was mostly too hot for the 35min walk but we managed a daily 8min dander to the nearest supermarket and bakeries etc. I would probably hire a car if I were to stay longer next time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend familia estates. Thank you again Leo and Maria! 😊

Stunning 2 level Villa overlooking the sea. The place is beautifully decorated, the layout is smart and stylish. The perfect place to relax or entertain. It’s a close drive to Stavros town and Exoghi and Frikes beach and many other idilic locations. Perfect for hiking and historical sightseeing too. The host Christina was so helpful and generous with her time. We plan to be back again and again.

Karina is the best in communication there is no waiting around for a answer. Every time I needed an information She was always there. I was there for a month. The apartment is spacious with nice windows. The internet good enough I worked online every day.The building is new and very close to the beach. I enjoyed the place and could come back! The property was as expected. The location is very convenient for the most important parts of the island. Memi was very helpful, friendly and available for any information we needed.

We had a great stay in Kate’s lovely cottage. She was welcoming and hospitable- we felt very much at home in lovely surroundings.

Highly recommended!!! The apartment is very clean, spacious, cozy.🏠 The terrace is wonderful and has very nice views of the sea. Igli and his wife are very friendly and helpful.
