Vacation rentals with a patio in Inverness

The home was a lot more than we expected. The pictures really do not do it justice. Roomy and clean and in an excellent location that is pretty close to everything in Sydney that you might want to do or see.

This was my second stay at Meghan’s place and it was just as great as the first. Meghan is a gracious and kind host who went out of her way to accommodate us. The place (still) looks just like the photos and it is very comfortable and clean. I said it before and I’ll say it again: I’ll definitely be back! Thanks, Meghan! :)

Great location, near the park, restaurants and walking in town. This Air Band B is very comfortable and has a beautiful view off the deck. They always are responsive and provide any needed information.

I was supposed to drive home to Truro but couldn’t due to a snow storm - thankfully, David’s place was available and he was so accommodating for me. I would have been stranded. Then I see the place and was even more blown away - I want to live there. This will be a go to for me when working in Sydney!

Was a lovely bnb and I would stay here again. Spacious with toiletries and everything you may need provided. Parking in the driveway was a bit of a squeeze but there was ample street parking so not a problem! Thanks!

The plane was spacious and was a great location for getting supplies while staying there. The kitchen is well equipped to be able to prepare meals.

My experience at Beth's place was exceptional from start to finish. The home was spotless, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Beth was an amazing host – quick to respond and thoughtful in every way. I would highly recommend Beth's place to anyone else.

We had 5 family members + dog visit for 3 nights at Debbie’s place in Florence. It has all the amenities you need and is a ‘Hallmark’ like home. Our stay was very comfortable and is close to town. Debbie is a great host who was flexible and was always responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again next time in town.

Very clean and modern house with everything needed, down to needle and thread. Beds are very comfy, bedrooms spacious. Butter, cooking oil and condiments included, which makes cooking a lot easier when you’re travelling. Highly recommended!

We stayed in late February as a home base for snowshoeing. Place was perfect for that. Close to the trails we wanted, but also easy to go into town for meals and supplies. House was extremely well equipped, with lots of little extras - snacks, pop, condiments, etc. Hosts were great. An excellent winter weekend visit to Cheticamp.

I had a group of four families (with young children) stay at both the eagle and the sun house. The houses were very clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for our group and even had multiple unused bedrooms. The view is spectacular from both houses - especially the sun house. The pictures don’t do it justice. There’s no air conditioning in the houses, but we were kept cool by opening the windows and using the many fans that were provided in the rooms. It was fine during our stay, but I could imagine the upstairs rooms may get stuffy if you happen to visit during a particularly warm period. There’s a walk down the hill to the beach on the lake, and the beach is rocky so don’t expect to bring young kids swimming. Even if you’re feeling adventurous you’ll need water shoes to get around. Overall a great experience and a good way for a large group to visit Cape Breton

Matthew’s place is a great spot for snowmobileing right on the trail and not far from getting up to the highlands we will be going back again next year !
