Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Invercargill City

Sonya and Alan made us feel welcome from the outset. They were very friendly and helpful. The place was immaculate and personal touches ( eg home baked afternoon cakes) were much appreciated. The bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in! The immediate area was lovely- well tended gardens and friendly sheep. Good access to Bluff/Stewart Island. Alan and Sonya’s restaurant ‘Elegance’ is not to be missed. Superb dining experience. We would highly recommend a stay with them.

First, Virginia was such a gracious host; she was so very thorough with her instructions, very responsive, helpful and kind! Second, this charming place was very homey, comfortable, clean and contained everything we needed for a three night stay….plus so much more! Third, you can’t beat the location; next to the beautiful Queens Gardens, walkable to coffee shops, restaurants (Buster’s Crabb was delish), Transport World (love cars) and a short drive to the town of Bluff plus many other small towns. Hand over heart thanks Virginia…best wishes always!

Loved staying at Keri’s place. You could see the water from the Airbnb which was awesome. It was also an easy walk into town. We also loved meeting Toa!

Fantastic place, one of the best places I've stayed in a long time. Felt like I was in an upmarket hotel. Suitable for a couple or single as there's one bed but very comfortable. Clare was easy to deal with and gave clear instructions upon check-in. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

A perfect place to stay for both the Southern Cross hospital and Queens Park. Also walkable to town and in a quiet residential area. Very well equipped with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and comfy sofa. Lee was extremely helpful and responsive in letting us extend for an extra night too. We'd happily stay here again if returning to Invercargill.

Perfect for our needs. Lovely outdoor areas (grass and paved with outdoor furniture) to enjoy the amazing Southland summer. Close to a Main Street so some traffic noise.

What a beautiful property. The kitchen was well equipped. The sitting area was very comfortable. Plenty of local information available together with books and magazines The bed was very comfortable and the suitcase stands were most appreciated. Was great to have a washing machine available and the shower was a plus. We would have no hesitation in recommending your property to others and would stay with you again. Supermarket and other shops and restaurants a quick drive away. Thank you very much.

Really found this wonderful place a perfect match for our needs. Very well appointed and it was warm and cosy. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to all. Also the local restaurant Ziffs had great food and a friendly service. Golf club 3 mins a2ay. What more can you ask for.
