Two bedroom, one bath cottage, fully equipped kitchen, surrounded by oak trees. This Texas Hill Country gem is surrounded by Fredricksburg, Llano, Burnett and Marble Falls where you can spend the day antique shopping, and the evenings relaxing on your private deck. The cottage is around the corner from Fall Creek Winery, ride a bike over and picnic at one of Texas's finest winery. The cabin is quiet with two waterfalls and a fire pit for an evening under the stars. A "big" Scrabble Board in the garden for you to enjoy a quick game. Lake Buchanan is less than five minutes away by car. The lake is known for its abundance of Striper and Hybrid bass fishing. Feast on the best Barbeque in the world. Six state parks are within a thirty minute drive. Most are great for hiking, fishing and boating. The Llano River is just five minutes away and it is wonderful for kayaking and fishing. Enchanted Rock State Park is nationally known for its hiking and rock climbing and only a thirty minute drive. The house is situated in the most opptimum location for avid hunters that come to the area, Llano County is known as the Deer Capital of the world. Our neighborhood is very quiet...very safe. Say hello to our neighbors as they drive by (its far and few between).

4 days on the property and didn't see a single soul. property is near other homes so you'll hear others living their lives during the day... working in the shed, kids playing, car alarms, etc. But mornings and evenings are pretty quiet. property is a good balance of out door camping and convenience of shelter and electricity. good option for a quick get away from Austin, not too long of a drive. outdoor space is great with picnic table, fire pit and hammock. Jay was super helpful and responsive.

What an absolutely cozy, clean cabin! Perfect size for our family of five! The innumerable amenities provided made our stay so comfortable. We were able to cook all of our meals in the cabin as the kitchen was filled with every utensil, container, pot and pan and necessary condiment and spice to make delicious meals an easy task. We loved the quiet surroundings and privacy……yet stores and restaurants were within a 15-20 minute drive. Loved visiting the surrounding wineries and antiquing in Burnet. We highly recommend this cute cabin and are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Our friends and I had an amazing weekend to wrap up our spring break! The property was absolutely beautiful! While it would’ve been even better to see the water fully filled, it didn’t take away from the peaceful atmosphere. A wonderful home in a fantastic location, and we had a blast with friends! We had a fantastic time during our stay! The cabin's location offered a stunning view and was in a great spot. We were pleased to find the cabin exceptionally clean and neat upon our arrival. The owner maintained excellent communication throughout our trip, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a family getaway—it’s the perfect spot to spend quality time at the cabin.
