Dylan is super responsive and very friendly. The apartment is very decent for a few nights. Be careful for people who are sensitive to this, you can feel the springs of the bed in the master bedroom, so I slept (very well) in the secondary room. We appreciated the flexibility of check-in times, as we had several hours' drive. It's quiet.

The apartment is very well located if you want to visit the Parc de Beauval. It is in the center close to restaurants and the beach area. Have a nice short stay at Sébastien's. The little plus: children's games are available.

We had a great 2 weeks in the Berry. The house is very well located, in relation to the lake or for the diversity of activities we found nearby, both from the point of view of museums, exhibitions, monuments, hikes, beauty of sites... Our hosts deserve all the compliments they've received. It's a really cozy house and the focus is on thoughtful hospitality (nice bouquets, homemade cakes, beds made in quality linens...). They're also taking care of the slightest problems, so don't worry. As you can see, I warmly recommend this destination. You won't be disappointed!

A few positive notes, great location. Big terrace, exceptional views, large fenced grounds for our dogs. Proximity to the lake to walk around. To be reviewed gate closure, provide night lighting, dangerous access to the house due to lack of outdoor lighting, to the interior provide duvets and silent comforters. Provide unmistakable dishes and especially avoid chipped dishes. Provide a tablecloth and knives for cooking. Not to mention a dishwasher detergent and tea towels. The kilowatt rate is too low. We travel very often and the price for the service is overvalued. Host Corinne is super nice and this review is for a positive. A Host Attention would be more than welcome. Despite everything we are more, the place is beautiful and they are positive reviews.

Very pleasant stay in this cottage for a weekend with friends with children. Nice functional and well equipped accommodation perfectly located to discover the surroundings. Very nice and welcoming host. There are many "nature" activities in the area (hiking, river, lake, canoeing, historic villages...). A beautiful address.

We appreciated the quality of hospitality and the attention paid to guest comfort. The house is nice and cool when it's hot, very well equipped and located in a nice setting, we are delighted with our stay!

Comfortable, clean and well-equipped accommodation. There were 5 of us, we had plenty of space and enjoyed the 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms as well as good quality beds made upon arrival. Quiet environment in a small village, pleasant outside with garden and terrace. In Leblanc, we found a good pizzeria and a convenience store open until 10. Laurène is very responsive and her instructions are clear for self check-in and checkout. Thanks to Laurène for a pleasant 3 night stay.
