Superb apartment in the center of Nantes, perfectly located and very well equipped. Clean, comfortable. Responsive and welcoming host. I recommend it 100%!

The location and environment are beautiful , we couldn't be better! All on foot and the dike right next door for beautiful walks . The accommodation is very good too , great view and nothing is missing. The two small downsides are the stairs which are still high enough to get to the living room. And the mezzanine where the double bed is located which has its very low ceiling, we are not used to it! But other than that , I would recommend!

Very pleasant accommodation, very clean with all the essentials for a lovely stay. Great location: immediate access to the beach and coastal path, village of Ste Marie nearby... Very nice hosting by Laurence.

MARIE's accommodation is ULTRA functional… the location is ideal for a trip to the city center, you can do anything on foot it's great!! The bedding is perfect and comfortable and everything is there for a pleasant stay. I recommend it 100%.

Very nice apartment, with everything you need to feel at home, beautiful decor, spacious, I really had a great time. The only downside, living in a detached house I'm no longer used to the noise of neighbors.

Nice and beautifully furnished apartment on the 5th floor. Shops and bakery downstairs. Not far from the sea (10 min car) and not far from downtown St Nazaire (10 min). The seaside is wonderful.

The accommodation is very pleasant: spacious, well-equipped, well heated (stay at the end of December) and very beautiful view of the castle!! We also enjoyed its location close to restaurants, shopping streets and the Jacobsen circuit. Really great! It should also be noted that the kitchen is well equipped to cook the local fish!

I had two great nights at Yoann's place. Although the walls are quite thin so I could hear the neighbors regularly, it didn't bother me more than that. Cleanliness and decor have given a peaceful charm:)

What can I say apart from that Gérard and his apartment are great!! Gérard is very responsive, accommodating and has good advice. His apartment is in a great location, the view of the machines of the island is breathtaking, and the rooftop jacuzzi🤩.
