We stayed one night for 4 students. Homestay under the attic. Very cozy and welcoming apartment, living room large enough for 4 or more. Clean towels, sheets and dishes available. Super welcoming hosts, very open to discussion, warm and caring ☺️ Even if we were in the same house, we were totally independent of our outings (we had our keys) 🔑 In terms of location, the house is on a street of houses, so rather quiet, but remains close to a crossroads and a pizzeria less than 5 minutes by car 🍕 In short, perfect for a weekend getaway 🤗

Very comfortable accommodation, Gwendoline is very welcoming. We did all our walking tours, as castles and museums are quickly accessible.

We loved staying at Daphne’s place. Gilles and Daphne are both adorable and caretaker Nicolas is a kind, friendly and understanding man with a love of nature and people. They wonderful hosts. The place is very traditional so if you are looking for super-modern amenities like Sat TV, air conditioning and washer-driers this probably won’t be the place for you. We loved it though - the kitchen is stocked with best quality pots and pans and the gas cooker delivers perfection. Even the rushed bacon and onion omelette I made just before departure was a hit with the family! Look out for the farmers’ market at St Georges on Sunday morning for the best quality vegetables and cheeses, but the local Super U is incredibly well stocked with all sorts of French yummy food. One word of caution: the restaurant scene is not great and this isn’t Paris - they literally will say no if you show up after 9pm. Kayaking up to Chenonceau (we used Kayak Family) was probably the highlight. Will be back!

Excellent stay at Pascal's. The site is very well located for visiting the castles we wanted. The cottage is welcoming and comfortable, including bedding. A plus; the ancillary services offered. Don't hesitate! In short, a great location! To be tested when the pool is open 😉

We were hosted very well by Celine and Sébastien, the accommodation matches the description of the listing, it was very clean, with all the necessary equipment and with a rustic charm as we like. Regarding this famous neighboring road, we hear it very little at night with the windows closed, this did not stop us from having a baby sleep. The terrace is lovely to enjoy. Celine is very pleasant, responsive to the feedback by email or text, always has active suggestions as well as her companion. We recommend this listing and its hosts with great pleasure. We hope to return to this property next time.

A moment suspended in the Maisonette of Maison Loire. Decorated with great taste, opening onto a peaceful dream garden and with very comfortable bedding, this accommodation is a real cocoon, in the heart of the city of Blois. Nicolas is a very welcoming host, who shares his knowledge of the region and who does not lack attention for his hosts.

Very good stay at Cidi's in Chatellerault for a weekend with (many)friends. the house is very large and the beds are many, we were not in the place!! the amenities are Top (well-equipped kitchen, large swimming pool, sauna, games room etc...). The accommodation is clean and matches the photos(a few places still under construction but functional). The welcome from Cidi and his family and the exchanges was great! he is very responsive and helpful you can go there without so much so!!

Very good stay, exceptional location for visiting the Loire Castles. The accommodation is quite low ceiling (attic) but very well furnished. Only small negative, the shower is too small. Hot tub is a real plus, and in perfect privacy from the owners

Perfect location to discover the castles of the area, as well as Beauval Park. Lovely hosts, clean accommodation, well equipped and very comfortable, it feels like home! Easy access, private and secure parking. And the little welcome treats were especially appreciated. Recommended without hesitation!

We spent 2 very pleasant nights in Evelyne's cottage, very quiet and green and were able to enjoy the pool and spa, a real relaxing break.
