Vacation rentals with a patio in Porter

Our stay at Michael's place was very nice. The check-in/out process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent. It was easy to relax and enjoy our time with the information Michael provided for us. Thank-you!

The place is a short walk to the train station( brown line and Chicago) only a couple stops and your right in the loop. The space is very accommodating and rooms are great size. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at this Airbnb. The host was extremely flexible with us on our arrival time and was incredibly helpful overall with quick responses. I will definitely keep this location in mind next time I visit Chicago.

Karen did a great job researching the history of the building. My daughter and I talked about how it was originally and how they changed it over time. The best thing about the apartment was the tub. went through an entire bag of salts. The bedroom and main area was comfortable. Karen mixed the modern kitchen with decor of the past. The price is unbeatable. Will be back!

This is a great location in West Loop. Samuel was Goldilocks with communication. Not too much, not too little. Always promptly responsive to any questions we had. The place was spotless and there were no surprises; very accurate listing. Appreciated having a parking spot. Directions were crystal clear. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We had a great stay. Very walkable neighborhood with many restaurants. Close to the lake. We didn’t walk over, but it is close enough to walk. Downtown was also easy to get to. We had a great time and the space is cozy and served us very well. Would stay again!

Loved staying here! It was perfect for a last minute stay for the football game. Walked to the train and was a beautiful commute. Very clean and couldn’t recommend it more for a fun city weekend!

Robert was amazing with great communication during the whole stay. He was very kind and friendly. The house was clean as was the outside and hot tub. We had everything we needed during our stay. If we are back in the area ever, we would stay here again!

This is a great house to stay for a family or two couples. Out of several ABNBs, this one gets the award for most clean. There is a fairly new Italian restaurant, Il Girasole Trattoria, that is walk-able and delicious. You will not be disappointed with your stay.

Awesome house that was laid out great for 2 couples trying to get away for a long Holiday weekend. Lots to do in the area as we enjoyed boating, golf, breweries and wineries. House was spotless and offered a great place to relax and enjoy some good times with great friends.

James's house was nice, the yard was great for our blind pup to get around and be safe. Even though it was the off season we were able to go to a few different restaurants and see some live music.

My husband and I along with our teenage daughters stayed at Laura's place for the Merry & Bright weekend. This home is absolutely perfect! It's beautiful, extremely clean and has everything you need and more! The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Everything was just a few minutes away. My 16 year old said, and I quote, "This is the cleanest Air bnb we have ever stayed at!" High praise from a teen!! The beds were very comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was a huge bonus with kids in tow. We all hated to leave, honestly. We do hope to return now that we've found this wonderful spot in St. Joseph.

A nice place to stay. We arrived late after a Notre Dame game and slept well. I enjoyed the mini split system in the living room where I slept comfortably on the fold out sofa. The sun room was pretty and the house was very clean.

Very clean, quiet and nice place to stay. Close to attractions. I was lucky and host was able to offer early check so I could zoom in to a meeting more easily. Three flights of stairs for anyone that needs that info. Would definitely stay again!

This was such a lovely accommodation, very clean, organized, comfortable, and located conveniently to Wicker Park. There was lots of street parking space and the neighborhood felt safe. Would stay here again!

Jeremiah and Maysa's place is comfortable and well-located for accessibility to Chicago! There is plentybof space, a clean environment, a fun location...and great and appreciated (by me!) safe and roomy parking space. Communication was great! It was lovely to look out of big windows, at a lovely street and lovely trees. It was great to have a washer and dryer. Very clean, to boot!!! A great (!!) international Market right on the corner..a well as walkable coffee shops!!

The location was fantastic - just a 10-minute drive from downtown, and there was plenty of space in the house. The check-in process was smooth, and the house was spotless. Alex was really accommodating and let us check in an hour early to fit our flight schedule. The only minor issue was that we had to wash the towels before check-out even though we were being charged a cleaning fee. We never experienced this with other Airbnbs, so we asked the host about it. He said we can skip it, but his tone was a bit passive aggressive. We ended up starting the washing cycle anyway to make sure everything was left clean and on good terms (empty all trash from the rooms, start dish washer, strip the bedding etc). The check-out time was 11:00 AM and we started receiving messages from the host saying to make sure to do the things above and that if our luggage was in the home even 1 minute past 11AM, we would be charged a $150 late fee. It was super close, but we made it just in time, stressfully so.

The apartment is very spacious and well-appointed. Comfortable space inside with two fantastic balcony areas (although it was a bit cold to use them). Decorated nicely and very usable space. Excellent kitchen area, big TV with comfortable seating. Bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Bathrooms are very modern and useable. Overall great space. Allan was easy to deal with and very helpful. Great host. Good communication and set up. Neighborhood is easy to get around. Parking was pretty easy with passes provided. Overall excellent stay.

Great place, walkable distance to the United Center. 10-15 minute drive downtown, everything was easily accessible. My family had a great stay, the bottom floor is open concept which was really nice. All the beds were comfortable to sleep in. The host was very kind and responsive. Would recommend!

Adrian was a gracious host from the very first message. He was responsive and flexible. He really took the time to make sure our stay was comfortable. The place was accurately portrayed, clean and modern with plenty of room for our family of 4. The shower in the master bath was great and the kitchen had everything you could need to cook. I found it to be in the top 5 of places I’ve stayed through Airbnb.
