Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Indiana County

We had a lovely stay and the house was nice for our family. Location was conveniently located within 10 minutes of The Grand Halle in Johnstown where we attended a wedding. The house was clean and neighborhood was quiet. There was a nice welcome basket when we arrived with a note and some snacks which we appreciated. There was several random cosmetics in the closet and in the bathrooms just in case you forgot anything and even a steamer for your clothes. The laundry room had a few laundry pods and dryer sheets too which was helpful. One thing I would say that was unexpected was that the upstairs room, there is NO door to that room, so you lose that privacy aspect and the bed seemed smaller than a queen as it was a tight fit for 2 adults. Other than that surprise with no door to the bedroom upstairs, we were happy with our stay! The few messages I sent with the host she was extremely responses and helpful/prompt. We will for sure be staying again next time we are in town. Thanks!

We have stayed at Bruce’s place many times. And plan to return again. Bruce is so fast to answer any questions or any needs that we have. Beautiful property well-maintained beautiful scenery very peaceful. The kitchen is very well stocked with spices, coffee, breakfast cereal and delicious farm fresh eggs.

Luke’s place was great! It was comfy and very tidy! The kitchen was awesome! It had everything you needed! Luke was good about checking to see how everything was and if I needed anything. I would highly recommend his place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Mary Anne's place. The home is really spacious and beautiful, with lovely furniture and decorations. We especially loved that there was a little decorated christmas tree. Beds were comfly, plenty of linens and supplies. Also great proximity to town. Would definitely return! Will note that is isn't perfect for small children (under 5) but we were able to make it work and my kids loved having all the extra space!

Jody was a great host and we’ll definitely be staying in this beautiful home again! They were extremely hospitable and even had a handwritten Welcome note with fresh fudge from a local store waiting for us when we arrived. We felt right at home!

We had an amazing stay at this cute farmhouse! It met all our expectations and more. The house was incredibly clean, and it had everything we could think of to make our stay comfortable. The warm and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a true home away from home. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

John was great to work with. He was always responsive and helpful with questions and provided a flexible check in and check out. The house and property were perfect for a quiet, low key vacation. The perfect place to relax and unplug. It was great seeing the wildlife in the front yard.

Sheila thought of every detail in stocking the apartment. The decor is very pretty, and the apartment is very comfortable. The location was super convenient for me as it is right near my family, but it would be convenient for anyone because it is near downtown but far enough away to be very quiet. The space is small, but planned out very well so it doesn't feel cramped in any way. It would be excellent for a longer stay. I would highly recommend this location if you are traveling to Indiana.

The next morning when I opened the door there were two beautiful deer grazing beside the garden!
