We are more than satisfied with our stay at this amazing place! It’s hard to believe how affordable it is, especially considering the location—Tagaytay, which is one of the top go-to destinations this time of year. The venue was incredibly spacious, strategically located, and had all our needs covered. The caretaker was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ensuring everything was smooth during our stay. The owners were also very accommodating, going above and beyond to cater to our requests. A special mention to the delicious bread provided—it was such a hit that even my 1-year-old chose it over his breakfast oatmeal! Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience. My only regret is not extending our stay, but this just gives us more reason to come back next time. I’ll definitely recommend this place to our friends and relatives. Our stay at this place was perfect and very nice! Even the pool water is cold due to Mendez’s cold breeze but we still enjoy out time staying here. We love the place, it is super clean and the place is so satisfying!!

This is the place where they’ve got all the things you wanna do on a staycation. Worth the cost, pool was heated the whole stay, easy to buy food around the area. Masarap balik balikan lalo ung bakuran na may niyugan sa likod. The photos here are exactly what you would expect when you get there. 💯 recommended

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

This listing is fantastic. It had everything we needed. It is also very spacious. The rooms comfortably allow 22 pax sleeping on comfortable bed spaces unlike other listings where they say it accommodates more but means some of the guests need to sleep on sofa beds or mattresses. The common areas can accommodate 2x of our group size of 19 so there's a lot of room for everybody. The kitchen and amenities are all complete. There's a lot of pocket spaces / lounge as well which can accommodate smaller groups. Parking space is also ample and can fit I think almost 8 cars in total so there's really plenty of room for everyone. It's amazing and I can't wait to have something to celebrate so I have an excuse of going back again. I think it's worth it for the price honestly. Similar listings are priced exorbitantly high. Melanie's place is worth every peso we spent. I already had at least 5 friends asking for the AirBnB link!

Felicita's is a great place to stay in for leisure or when you have events in Tagaytay. The place is cozy and really feels like home. The whole compound has a garden and enough open space to make you feel in nature. Charlene is a great host and easy to talk with. She checks in on you from time to time.

It's very quiet and we love it. The kitchen, rooms, bathroom its very clean. And there are lots of beds for us to sleep. Thank you so much for letting us in your house. Hope to be back soon

My friends and I are satisfied with our stay. The host was, indeed, accommodating. She’s also very patient and polite. As for the place, there are lots of grocery and convenient stores around the area. It’s also very walkable. I highly recommend staying here and having Ms. Anne as the host.

My time at Francine’s was truly enjoyable. It’s a warm, tastefully decorated house where every aspect showcases the host's character. The host was gracious in addressing my questions. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the host had arranged parking ahead of time. We really enjoyed the wave pool, although I wasn't particularly fond of the beach. In summary, an Airbnb stay has the potential to turn an ordinary vacation into a memorable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Moonlight Cabin :) although it would have been great if the pool was heated esp. on such a gloomy weather. Nonetheless, my whole fam had a fun weekend in this place. Satisfied as well with the host's responsiveness to my queries :) thank you!

We had a most restful stay. I like that it was very private and had an unobtrusive yet helpful staff. I hope they can solve the power fluctuations. Love the Tempur bed. I wish the pillows were thinner though. I also suggest putting a stopper under the bedroom carpets because they can be slippery. The place is lovely. Oak Cabin was absolutely beautiful!

Overall experience was 5 out of 5. Highly recommended! Firstly, Ma'am Mhelie (Owner) was very accommodating and responsive to all of my queries. I requested for a simple custom design for my girlfriend's birthday. However, I was informed that their designer had personal matters, so I didn't proceed. To our surprise, when we arrived, they were still able to accommodate the request! Truly reflects how wonderful a host Ma'am Mhelie and her team/staff are. The place is serene and beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, and very spacious. We greatly enjoyed the privacy; we cooked, watched shows (the TV is excellent), and the pool was amazing with bubbles, floatie, and lights. There is so much to do in the cabin. I plan to stay for several days when we return, instead of just overnight, so we can enjoy most (if not all) of the activities. The food we ordered from their breakfast menu was a complete meal, not just the usual silog. It was delicious and truly a bang for the buck!

Place is a home that is suitable for family/friends. Lots of activities to do: billiards, swimming, grilling, movie marathon (they have a projector), working out, etc. CR is also spacious with the bath tub inside. Bedsheets are really comfy and the beds can fit up to 8-10 pax. Will definitely come back here!

☆ It looks exactly as what is on the listing! 😍 ☆ The place was comfortable for 18 persons (reasonable extra charge after the 16th person). 🏡 ☆ The caretaker was very responsive to our needs. We requested for assistance with the karaoke, bonfire and ordering food from their partner restaurant—which we loved their chicken inasal! 🎶🔥🥗🌯 ☆ We had good sleep because the mattresses and pillows were so soft. 😴 ☆ Our furbaby was really happy, too 🐶 Thank you! Even if it was just an overnight stay it was worth it. We hope to come back when we can ♡

Pros: The place was beautiful and cozy. There were lots of things to do in the cabin: there’s a pool, balcony, living area, and board games. The weather was cold and windy, which was perfect for hanging out at the outdoor amenities. The bathroom and bedrooms were large and could easily accommodate a group of 6 people. The caretaker was helpful, friendly, patient and attentive. We commend the caretaker and owner for providing a great home for tourists/visitors. Ways to improve: - provide linens for the extra mattresses - install a water heater for the shower since some guests can’t stand cold water for washing - refill the bath soap - the steel staircase is a bit of a hazard especially for children, maybe adding padding or foam on the edges could make it safer

The place is how you see it in the pictures. The place is very peaceful. It feels nice because there is a breeze going on throughout the day which helps when it gets too hot. At night you can see all the stars when it's not cloudy and all you hear are crickets chirping. This place was perfect for me and my girlfriend because we're away from the noise of the city. Our host is very accommodating, especially Ate Hazel. She made us feel at home during our stay. She was easy to find if we needed anything. She was also kind enough to take pictures for me and my girlfriend during our trip so we have something to remember the time we spent there. We will definitely be back.
