Walter was a super host. Incredibly friendly and welcoming and always responded quickly. Very flexible both in terms of check out and check out. The apartment was a very attractive apartment complex with unusually great pool area with security. Short walking distance to shops, Cap d 'Ail (beach) and many nice restaurants nearby. Still totally quiet area. Definitely recommend and we would love to come back here next time we are going to Monaco.

The apartment is practically furnished and offers everything you need for a stay. It is located in a beautiful, old street and shops and restaurants are within walking distance, like everything in Cuneo. If you have the opportunity to visit Andreas Q. B. Bistro right next door and enjoy the friendly atmosphere, the very good food and the good selection of wines.

This was a perfect and very comfortable place to stay for the 10 days I was there. The neighborhood was great with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Communication with the hosts was very easy. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay in a nice bright apartment with a beautiful view. No loud traffic noise. Clear check-in instructions. Parking space not necessarily on the street but a maximum of 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. Good bedding. We recommend it +++

Very nice house, surrounded by greenery. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. Diego has always been punctual and accurate in his communications and available for any type of info. Simply put, everything is perfect!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful large house, with pleasant garden and everything you need. There were lots of toys for the kids, inside and out and they could play safely. Absolutely recommended!

A very nice stay near Imperia. The location of the apartment is fantastic. It is very quiet and offers a beautiful view towards the sea and mountains. You have the whole upper floor to yourself, with a lot of space in and around the apartment with a great terrace. The communication was always good and Alina, who received us, was very nice and always helpful and you could communicate well in English. I can highly recommend the apartment and would come back. I was very satisfied, but I want to point out some things: - the interior of the kitchen and bathroom are sometimes already a bit worn, although the house is relatively new. - more possibility to hang jackets, clothes, towels would be desirable. - the ascent/descent onto the property is very steep and certainly not feasible with any car.

Very nice atypical apartment with visible stone. It looks even bigger than the pictures The stream downstairs makes the space even more peaceful. Matteo is very approachable and speaks perfect French. You can go directly from the accommodation to explore the surrounding mountains and take beautiful hikes among oaks and olive trees. Thank you Lorenzo for your responsiveness and greeting ). Also for all the recommendations he gave us. He was always available, helped with parking and responded quickly even in the evening when we couldn't find the door we needed. The apartment is in a grove with eucalyptus trees and the aroma was wonderful. The only thing I missed myself was a sharp climb up to the apartment (my dad has a bad knee and it was difficult for him to walk up often). A very delicious surprise awaited us from Lorenzo - olive oil of great quality. Thank you for your stay.

Very cute and quiet cottage despite the hustle and bustle of Sanremo! It is tastefully decorated, there is everything you need in this typical place! The terrace is very nice, We'll be happy to go back! Thank you Federico

Very great apartment!!! Plenty of space, nicely furnished, everything you need (kitchen fully equipped for more than 4 people), comfortable beds, beautiful small balcony overlooking the sea. Not the picturesque area, it is in one of four or five multi-story apartment blocks, but quiet and only two minutes to the sea and less than five minutes to the old town. Uncomplicated and fast responding landlord. Parking space right by the house. The best restaurant of Noli is also just around the corner (Locanda dei Barnabiti, definitely try it!). Everything was perfect for two days by the sea with two kids. There was even a beach bag, plus five huge beach towels and 50s sun milk! Coffee and tea were there. Etc etc. It was actually missing: Nothing. *****

Great location, wonderful views, nice stay, clean bathrooms, kitchen and facilities. A little on the costly side, nevertheless it was a great stay. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Shae was an absolute wonderful host. Provided even the best route to save us time and energy walking to the Grimaldi Forum. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was in a perfect location close to great local shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Very easy walking distance to trains and buses made it an ideal be place to set as a base to day trip to cote d’Azur attractions from Italy to Cannes. Very quiet building was great place to get restful sleeps. While the space was small it was well laid out with small kitchen and great appliances. Bathroom had a great shower with hot water and good pressure. The view from the balcony was postcard worthy.

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Very nice studio in a peaceful place, very well equipped with all the necessities, clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable, really nothing to complain about! Host very available to help me find the place (even if the instructions were very clear, I didn't read very well!)
