The suburbs of Bologna allow easy access to the city and main towns of the area when you have a vehicle! The place is great, very clean and very spacious! Laura is extremely helpful and kind.

We had a wonderful stay at Olga’s spacious, spotless home, which truly felt like a slice of Tuscan paradise. It's one of those rare occasions where the photos don’t do the place justice—the house is even more beautiful in person. Although we couldn’t enjoy the pool due to the cooler weather, we still felt fully immersed in the beautiful landscape, thanks to the large garden and access to lush green areas all around us. We felt right at home, Olga was a fantastic and lovely host—she took care of everything we needed and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Always available and eager to help, Olga offered great recommendations, from the best local sites to visit to hidden gems in nearby towns. She even went the extra mile to help with restaurant reservations. We can’t recommend Olga’s place enough! This was a true Tuscan experience.

Lovely stay to visit some family nearby. Daniele was very responsive, unfortunately we weren’t able to use the second bathroom and being over the Christmas period it was difficult for this to be fixed. But Daniele and his mother were very welcoming and everything was extremely clean. The house is by a busy road which might bother some but we were happy with the location and it was a great size. Would definitely stay again if we visit another time!

Erica’s place is newly remodeled, very comfortable, clean, and easy to access. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to others in the Cesena area.

Wauwwww this villa is great!! We had a fantastic week at Andrea's house. The reception was warm, friendly and extensive. The villa was sparkling clean and equipped with all the comforts. The location is phenomenal and the pre-described sunsets are a feast for the eyes. Peace, nature and space. Andrea is a very attentive and quiet host who responds almost immediately if you have questions. Florence is one hour drive from the villa. But feel free to discover the nearby surroundings. Have a beer or cappuccino in the village at one of the local cafes and be sure to dine around sunset at the Tuscan restaurant Il Caldetino. We enjoyed and will definitely be back. The villa is amazing. Everything you need is there. Just 2 minutes away from the beach and the shopping street in cattolica is also close. It has enough space in the villa and every bedroom has their own bathroom. Pool is also very nice but not heated (for summer no problem but in may still cold) but it has whirlpool on top of the villa. Communication also worked very well trough whatsapp. Def would stay there again.

An exceptional place that we enjoyed every moment of! History, comfort, high-quality bedding and beautiful interior decoration…. All this in a beautiful green setting less than 30 minutes from Bologna and a little more than many of the great unmissable Italian cities: a strategic and pleasant place.

Villa Poggiostelle was an incredible house in the hills above Florence. It was a peaceful escape that is very private with incredible views. The house is so well set up - our children loved the badminton, soccer ball and table tennis set up as well as the incredible gym. The pool was gorgeous with wonderful views over the hills and valleys near Calenzano. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated each with their own bathrooms with modern fixtures. The villa itself is about 25 minutes to a train station where we caught a train into Florence, 15 minutes to a nearby supermarket. It was easily accessible to all the highways and autostrade to explore Tuscany. A car is essential staying here though as it is a very hilly area in a secluded spot. Tatiana was a wonderful host who made our stay comfortable. She was always available to answer questions and even delivered a delicious surprise package of pastries one morning.

We had the most amazing stay. Such a beautiful home in the beautiful setting and views are stunning. Hosts went over and above to help us with local recommendations. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing Villa, with each en-suite bedroom and luxurious kitchen it was perfect for our stay. Great communication from the host prior to check in meant there was never any issues around where and when to check in.

He is always available and friendly, as well as extremely flexible! The house is large and in 10/12 we were comfortable and everyone had their privacy, the projector in the living room is an added value, the kitchen (are two) ideal even for large dinners! Thanks!! We had a wonderful New Year's Eve!

I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

Great location, peaceful and quiet. Amazing garden and nice swimming pool. Comfortable and well equipped house. The only downside was the low water pressure in the bathrooms.

Perfect accommodation and Luca is truly an exquisite person, friendly and above all available. We also had a nice chat before checking out, really top notch!

Amazing place, amzing pool , great people

We had a lovely family holiday in beautiful surroundings. The accommodation was just as described and the pool a real bonus. Safe for my two grandchildren as it was gated. Lots of lovely local restaurants we went up into the mountain's visited Pisa, the local zoo which has a lovely resturant for lunch. Linda was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. I highly recommend this villa very quiet, peaceful and the surrounding areas stunning.

Super beautiful house in the heart of Tuscany. Rose is a caring host and is there for any further redos. She is living right next door and can help immediately if needed. When we had a blackout, she was there right away without having to text her. Would recommend to stay for a quiet getaway.

You really have to say that the accommodation is very successful and has been furnished with a lot of taste. The house is very high quality and the kitchen equipment is phenomenal. It's really fun to cook here and you'll appreciate the benefits of a professional kitchen. You can't wait to see how the space develops in the future because it can already be seen that there will be an outdoor kitchen at some point. Andrea was very committed and was also personally on site at the handover. The information about the process and also the food options were very good and every guest should definitely plan an evening at Ca' di Veroli, it is worthwhile to eat there.
