It was very pleasant stay. We felt very welcomed when we arrived, premises were shown thoroughly. Views are immaculate over the valley all the way to Rimini and ocean. Great place to spend time and visit nearby places like Rimini and San Marino.

Wonderful stay. Me and my friends can definitly recommend this AirBnB (We were 12 Persons, but their is more room for 2-4 other guests). Communication and the Villa were amazing. Super supportive and instant reply from the holders. Just amazing. Hope it will be free to book for next year vacation! We stayed here for an entire week with our three kids (age 8 and 6). It's one of the best places we've stayed in Italy over the years. The house is incredibly cozy and fully equipped. It's located on the top of hill/mountain surrounded by trees and has a big garden with lots of shadow. The sunset is gorgeous. The town with shops and restaurants is very close. There are plenty of places to explore in the wider area (e.g. Ravenna, Rimini, San Leo, San Marino,...). The house is located right next to an adventure park. Our kids enjoyed it very much. The ticket allows you to go for free the next day. During our stay, some groups of kids arrived at the adventure park in the mornings, which caused some noise. We didn't mind, however. The house and quiet scenery during the rest of our stay fully made up for it! The cherry on top? Licia is super responsive and offered us to come and enjoy their beach bar and swimming pool in Rimini. In short: highly recommended accommodation!

Stefano and Cristina are just amazing. They are very friendly and outgoing, they responded to every need we had. We even asked if there is a place to buy homemade grappa, and they have offered us one of their bottles, truly amazing people. The place was more beautiful than the pictures. It was astonishing and breathtaking. Beautiful surroundings, very quiet and secluded. There is a coal barbecue, which brings the best taste in meat upfront. All and all, the one of the best getaways ever, definitely a place you want to stay if you are visiting this area. Thank you so much yet again Stefano & Cristina for everything you have done for us during our stay.

The summer house was really nice and cozy. It fits well over 6 persons. Well located and easy to reach. Luigi and his colleagues were great and very happy to help with anything that is needed. Great value for money!

I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

This place was perfect for our needs, having booked the entire villa for a work retreat with 10 people. Everyone had their own space in the private rooms and the common spaces - the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen - were more than spacious, perfect for spending these days together as a group! Vittoria was always very helpful and kind. We hope to come back again!

Amazing Villa, with each en-suite bedroom and luxurious kitchen it was perfect for our stay. Great communication from the host prior to check in meant there was never any issues around where and when to check in.

Beautiful house for large groups of people. The caretaker couple lives next to the house and was immediately in case of problems because the only obstacle was that the two can only speak Italian, but you could still somehow communicate. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was nothing missing only the gas oven was not so good there liked to eat the 3-4 times as usual. All in all, the house is highly recommended

An incredibly beautiful place to stay with a gorgeous garden - much nicer than in the photos! The host is very friendly, set up and helpful. The highlight is the pool and the view - pure relaxation! Shopping facilities are a short walk away by car. We'll be back for sure.

We had a wonderful time at the villa with our children and grandchildren. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. It is surrounded by a huge garden, including a stream and a waterfall. Communication with the hostess was prompt and friendly. She put us in touch with a caterer who provided dinner on the first and last night of our stay, which was great! In short, a recommendation for a family holiday !

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

We were 4 adults and 6 kids away and we had a great holiday. The house is beautiful, cozy and authentic, and is located in the most beautiful mountainous surroundings. From the pool was the most amazing view to mountains, vineyards and private vegetable garden. The house was big and authentic, and had everything we needed. S gender and clean pool, lots of shade spots, and a lovely, cozy garden. Anna was great at responding to questions and check-in and checkout went smoothly. There was a ping-pong table, which was used extensively. Small cozy towns nearby with the necessary things - though too far to walk, as there is a long and steep gravel road leading up to the house. Cool in the house despite no air conditioning! Overall, we had a great holiday and we could no doubt come back 👍🏻

Great location, peaceful and quiet. Amazing garden and nice swimming pool. Comfortable and well equipped house. The only downside was the low water pressure in the bathrooms.

Beautiful very large fenced property, with 400 olive trees, fig trees, cypress trees, .... A very large, well-maintained and clean pool. A covered terrace on 3 sides of the house, with possibility of lighting (very convenient for our board games until late at night). Easy access and shops 10 minutes away by car. The kitchen is functional and very well-equipped. In the living room there is a beautiful wooden table - which we did not use as we always ate outside. There are two bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The air conditioning works very well and in all the main rooms. It is a paradise for a family with up to 4 children, in a remote Tuscany valley. Too bad, our vacation is already over. We'd love to have stayed longer!

Amazing place, amzing pool , great people

Our original flight was cancelled and the replacement flight 2 days later meant we arrived at 2 am but access to the farmhouse was organised for us and communicated clearly.

You really have to say that the accommodation is very successful and has been furnished with a lot of taste. The house is very high quality and the kitchen equipment is phenomenal. It's really fun to cook here and you'll appreciate the benefits of a professional kitchen. You can't wait to see how the space develops in the future because it can already be seen that there will be an outdoor kitchen at some point. Andrea was very committed and was also personally on site at the handover. The information about the process and also the food options were very good and every guest should definitely plan an evening at Ca' di Veroli, it is worthwhile to eat there. Thank you Andrea for the lovely stay in your house and we hope that we will see each other again someday. Sandra&Frank
