The hospitality was impeccable, Andrea was very kind and helpful and straightforward. The house was very well maintained and clean with a nice veranda you immediately felt at home. The location is ideal for lovers of peace and nature with beautiful views of the countryside in the valleys. Absolutely recommend.

We booked several days of summer sightseeing. I highly recommend it to everyone, the neighborhood is nice, it has a rustic atmosphere, nice and calm house and garden. The surrounding cities are easily accessible from here. The host couple is very nice and responsive, hospitable, thank you for the delicious coffee!

Stayed here for the Ironman event. Perfect location not to far away from the start, enough room to prepare all the gear in front of the race. You can park you car on the property that is a nice bonus so it's not in the streets. It's almost on the run course so for the fans it was easy to cheer you on and you had a point of reference. The rooms were tidy and as described in the picture. Everything was provided to have the perfect stay. Can advice it to anybody that wants to do IM Emilia-Romagna

We stayed at Simone's place in 3 adults, an infant and a dog for 3 days. Many reasons why we had a good time and for which we recommend everyone to stay here: interior spaces of the accommodation, spaciousness and care of the fenced garden for the exclusive use of those who are guests (the presence of the fence is essential for those like us who take their dog behind), context of full nature of the surroundings, extreme kindness and availability of Simone as a host and last, but not least, it was the most well-stocked accommodation in which it happened to stay between Italy and abroad. In short, we highly recommend it to those who want to disconnect from the daily city rhythms and we will definitely do it again!

Everything went perfect at our place. The house is very comfortable and cozy and the place is very quiet, perfect to relax. Valentina and Tiziana have been incredible hosts, giving us all the information we needed and even recommending places to visit and booking in local Restaurants. We highly recommend this place. I took the house for a few days to pick up with the group to finalize the recordings. Riccardo was very accommodating and kind to welcome the somewhatunusual proposal. The house is spacious and extremely bright, playing in the living room was very pleasant. When we were tired of playing, we were able to enjoy the garden and especially the forest that surrounds the house. Everything is just minutes by car from the highway, so very convenient. In short, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the city a little and enjoy some peace. A point of credit also goes to Riccardo's parents who welcomed us upon arrival, two really nice and kind people.

We had a great weekend with a group of friends. Everything was perfect, from the hospitality to the environment, from the comfort of the rooms and common spaces to the catering service that was suggested to us. An experience to repeat!

Despite communication issues before we arrived, the place was great. We were 10 people on class trips. Everyone was settled in. Spacious exterior. Well equipped kitchen. Clean accommodation. Very beautiful, and large, accommodation in a beautiful area.

Nicoletta is a very helpful, kind and friendly person. He immediately made us feel comfortable, even meeting us on check-in and check-out times. He also recommended great places to enjoy local delicacies. The house is in a panoramic position a short distance from Rimini. We enjoyed our stay in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere in the middle of the greenery.

I recently stayed at this stunning Airbnb in Tuscany with a group of friends, and it was everything we had hoped for and more. The property is absolutely beautiful, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Nestled in the serene Tuscan countryside, it felt like our own private oasis.

The villa was in a very remote location in the Tuscan hills, beautiful scenary throughout and ideal for a private relaxing getaway. Inside the villa was beautiful, spacious and clean and it was a great place to bring kids with lots of room in the garden / grounds and a big pool. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

We had a fantastic week at the adorable Villa Barnaba. The kitchen is well equipped for such a large group and the house is very lovingly decorated. We took advantage of the volleyball court every day and had the eggs of the 3 chickens. There is even a small vegetable garden and enough room for everyone. The train station in the village takes only 6 minutes by car and from there you can get to Florence for €5. This allows you to combine a relaxing country holiday with city trips. Our contact person Simona was super helpful, always responded directly and looked after us very well. We would definitely recommend the house to anyone and would book again and again!

The owner was always available and timely in responding to our needs by meeting us both for check-in and check-out! The house is in a beautiful and very quiet area and the house is really great for a large group of people! Recommended

I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

Great location, peaceful and quiet. Amazing garden and nice swimming pool. Comfortable and well equipped house. The only downside was the low water pressure in the bathrooms.

Villa Poggiostelle was an incredible house in the hills above Florence. It was a peaceful escape that is very private with incredible views. The house is so well set up - our children loved the badminton, soccer ball and table tennis set up as well as the incredible gym. The pool was gorgeous with wonderful views over the hills and valleys near Calenzano. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated each with their own bathrooms with modern fixtures. The villa itself is about 25 minutes to a train station where we caught a train into Florence, 15 minutes to a nearby supermarket. It was easily accessible to all the highways and autostrade to explore Tuscany. A car is essential staying here though as it is a very hilly area in a secluded spot. Tatiana was a wonderful host who made our stay comfortable. She was always available to answer questions and even delivered a delicious surprise package of pastries one morning.

Amazing place, amzing pool , great people

Our original flight was cancelled and the replacement flight 2 days later meant we arrived at 2 am but access to the farmhouse was organised for us and communicated clearly.

Absolutely brilliant! Leonardo was very helpful and attentive. The house was brilliant with a lovely pool.

Actually the place does NOT look like the pictures. It is much, much prettier and more impressive than the photos! The home had everything that we needed and was a very comfortable place to stay. It is private and quiet. Even though the weather in December is cool, there were great places to walk around the villa. It was very fortunate we were able to attend Mass at the church in the village on Christmas Eve since it is rarely celebrated there now. The drive up to the villa is challenging, so be aware. It was not a problem, but if you are older or uncomfortable on narrow winding road, it is something to consider. Also, with the cool weather, please note that heating gas is an extra charge. That is only fair as people have different standards for inside temperature and I understand propane is expensive in rural Italy. Cris was amazing -- always friendly and responsive. I wish I was likely to return, but there is a whole world to see. Highly recommended to my family and friends.

Great accommodation, definitely great value for money. Despite the bad weather we had during our trip, we had a great time in this accommodation. The tennis court and the large garden offer many opportunities for outdoor activities. To mention Gitanric swimming pool WITH springboard. Finally, Guido was kind enough to drop us off at the nearest bus station upon departure, which saved us a 2 rides. We can only recommend this accommodation!
