Vacation rentals with a pool in Iloilo City Proper

We had a fantastic stay at Regina’s place! The house exceeded our expectations in size and was impeccably clean with a pleasant fragrance as soon as we walked in. It's evident that the property is well-maintained. Each room having its own bathroom was incredibly convenient for our group. The house was well-ventilated and equipped with almost all the appliances we needed. My friends are already planning to book again whenever they return to Iloilo. Ms. Regina was very responsive and provided us with options for swimming pools in the neighborhood. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay and we highly recommend it!

My friends and I enjoyed the stay there. Though the cabinets and furnitures isn’t that well maintained but the price is still reasonable.

We brought another team and again Doc Jen and her cleaner were responsive and helpful. The house is clean and equipped with water tank and back up solar power. The water pressure is good for showers. We had a few online meetings that took place during the day and the WiFi 5G network was stable. Jeremiah's home is easy to find and only a 10-min walk from 2 malls with grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. I recommend this home for families and groups.

My parents really enjoyed their stay at Sahg's place. Very comfortable bed. Fast internet and lots of movies on YouTube. We ran out of drinking water close to the end of the trip...And Sahg immediately responded with some new jugs. Thank You Sahg.

This place is well worth it. All basic needs were there. We feel safe and secure and that's the best part. Will be recommending this to friends. :)

The place looks exactly as advertised. It felt very homey as it has all the necessities you would need for a place to stay for couple of days. The location is also very convenient, near to the mall, stores.. I’m so glad I was able to book it at a reasonable price before the festival peak season. Definitely consider staying again 😊

We had a pleasant stay. For a family of 7, the place is spacious for us. Walking distance with the nearest mall and various restaurants. Easy and smooth check-in. Host is very accommodating and helpful.

Had a great stay! I like that it’s peaceful and quiet. I love the honesty store, gonna save your day when you’re lazy to buy outside (just add more variety of food maybe). 🥤🥨 It’s nice that there’s a working space, esp for people who work remotely like me. 👩‍💻 Overall 👍👌

We had a great time staying at Rio's condo. Rio and Ld were very responsive and even let us check in early since the unit was ready when we arrived. The condo was nice, clean, and cozy. I'm so happy I chose this unit over others I saw – we were very satisfied! It was easy to get to restaurants, and both 7/11 and Coffee Bean were just a short walk away. There’s also a laundry service that delivers right to your door, which was really convenient. The condo is close to SM Iloilo City and Festive Walk Mall, which I loved. I also liked being able to cook in the unit, which helped us save money by avoiding eating out. The pool access was a nice touch. Our 5-day stay was too short, and I wish we could stay longer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely book this place again when we return to Iloilo.

Overall, I really liked Emma's place. Location was great as it's near lang the famous spots, including The Esplanade (literally just a walking distance). I also like that the security staff is serious about the rules which means that you can sleep and rest peacefully. The unit itself was clean and had the basic amenities you would expect of an Airbnb unit. However, if I may suggest something, I would have appreciated black-out curtains so that I could enjoy my sleep more and a smart TV with Netflix or online streaming options. Other than that, I'd say the place was worth its price.
