Vacation rentals with a sauna in Ilocos Region

The place was clean and is big enough for 6 people. The location is also great, not to near, not to far from the city center. The parking slot is also relatively near the unit.

Description stated in the listing is very much accurate. Though there aren’t as much pictures shown, they are very accurate and not camera tricks. The listing definitely exceeded our expectations. I initially found the pictures too good to be true with regards to the size but the common space, living room, kitchen and rooms are really very spacious. There are a total of 11 room. 2 by the poolside, 1 in the mainhouse with direct access to the poolside and ensuite bathroom/toilet and another 2 more in the 1st floor with access to a common comfort room. There are 6 more rooms in the 2nd floor. Even with our group of 20 adults and 10 kids, we still had 1-2 rooms spare. Pool is very clean and well maintained with a bar area. The listing is complete with all kitchen accessories and appliances and may be used. Videoke was placed inside the house sa as not to disturb the neighbors in case you would want to sing your hearts out during your entire stay there. Wifi is available and signal is spread out in the entire rental. There is indoor parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for some more vehicles. It is situated inside a secured and quiet neighborhood. A convenience store is just outside the main gate that has essentially everyting you might need plus more. They have a variety of cheese, coldcuts, sandwiches and pizza. Caretakers are available anytime and are very nice too. Folding tables and monobloc chairs are available in the listing.

I will highly recommend Sir Fredolin’s place to anyone. The location is perfectly situated to most baguio tourist sports has to offer. The surrounding is peaceful and has a safe and private ambiance. The unit is spacious, clean and complete. Toilet, kitchen, dinning and bedroom essentials are included. We stayed for a total of 10 days. The location saved us taxi fares since we can just walk to and from baguio’s tourist spots. The unit has all the utensils needed to cook a meal, convenient stores and laundry places are close by. On our arrival, his daughter went off her way to pick us up at the terminal since there were no available taxi/cab. Streets are safe , shortcuts are everywhere. The condo security guards are also welcoming and helpful. To top it all the Host( Sir Fredolin and his family) are so kind, generous and so accommodating throughout our whole stay. I will definitely be staying at this place whenever Im in Baguio.We had an amazing holiday vacation with no problem at all

We had the best time at this place! Our family absolutely loved it and enjoyed every single moment of our stay. The crisp, chilly weather was just right, and the home was spotless and stunning—the paintings really took our breath away! We can't wait to return and will definitely be recommending it to all our family and friends! A big thank you to the owner for being so accommodating with our requests – it really made our experience even better!

Rix's place is same as what is posted, quiet environment and is sufficient for 5pax. Usual kitchen ammenities is available for us to cook simple meals.

Smooth check in. Malinis po ang place at peaceful. It's also complete if you're in the room description, thanks again to the responsive host and always an update.

Overall, the space was great. There were a few improvements that needed to be done to spruce up the place (replace light bulbs because the space couldve been brighter, and the fridge made loud noises so we had to turn off). Tina, the host, was ever so responsive and made sure everything is in order. Very peaceful, near restaurants and parking was very near the unit. Had a great stay :)
