The best house ever! We've had a two weeks summer family holidays, going around Basel, and to the Alps, to Alsace, to Bavaria. It's a superb location for short and long trips around. The house itself is an absolute style icon. Massive airy central area — kitchen/living room — so elegant it makes you feel like you're playing a dialogue in a film. And when fed up arguing where to go next morning, you fashionably retreat to the garden, or upstairs via wooden stairs making this quiet thumping sound when stepping. My favourite part was waking up, fixing to make breakfast and catching my folks sheepishly crawling up to the sound, begging for tea or fried egg or cereal. That huge shared area kinda letting people shake their slumber at their own pace. We'd have breakfast at front veranda, huff and puff our teas and coffees and set off again. Oh, and don't skip Saint-Louis if you're a tourist. Plenty of cool stuff in walking distance! Thanks a lot Julien and Cecilia!! Such lovely home.

We had a wonderful time staying at Françoise's house. Very well located in an Alsatian village facing the vineyards, the house is tastefully decorated and offers a warm and peaceful environment. We had the holidays with the family, it was a perfect setting to feel good. I highly recommend Francoise's place to discover Alsace or simply disconnect.

Very nice house, with very good spaces and well equipped. Coco was an excellent host. We stayed there for visiting Christmas markets, but it looks like also like a good house for a summer vacation.

We had a lovely time at this cottage. It was very well furnished, the outdoor place was peaceful and pleasant, the Hot tub a real plus and the terrace very charming. The Netflix offer in the property was very much appreciated. Our host was very kind, very responsive and gave us very good advice on the premises in the area. We will be back with great pleasure in this little haven of peace:-)

Perfect location and house for our little family of four to explore Alsace during the Christmas season. The house was perfect with all amenities. Nice and cozy and decorated lovely for Christmas. Easy location right near the motorway with good parking. Chantal and Orphee were incredibly responsive and helpful. 100/10 recommend!!

Very nice typical apartment in an ideal location in the very center and very quiet. Impeccable bedding, charming host, and patient given our late arrival time. The Christmas evening with the bells of the cathedral of Saint Stephen's Temple: unforgettable!

The house is taken from another era. The walls are dressed in lovely portraits and every piece of furniture has a story to tell. The area around is excellent by the river with a view of the beautiful meadows. The apartment is warm and welcoming, the mattresses are comfortable and the kitchen has everything. The landlord John and his wife do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. They are always smiling and helpful. They invited us to drink wine and we had a beautiful afternoon. I would definitely stay at John's house again on my next visit to Basel. Thank you so much!

It is a beautiful, well-kept apartment with all the utensils you need to feel comfortable there. A parking space is available right outside the front door, so you have short distances to carry your luggage into the house.

Studio very well equipped. Clean, impeccable bedding. Full of very nice little touches. Very responsive host. The little extra, a simple and efficient Christmas decor. I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay and the apartment was very convenient and comfortable.

Paul's apartment was perfect for our stay in Basel. Easy 40 min walk along the Rhine each morning and if you want to get in quicker, there's a tram straight to the centre from the end of the road. Everything was very clean and comfy though it did take us a little while to figure out how to get onto the smart TV in the evening. You will need your own account logins for things like Netflix. There were lots of well-fed cute stray cats living nearby which we loved. Only frustration was that there was construction happening next to the apartment on the weekdays so if you're a light sleeper, I recommend putting all the shutters down around the apartment before you go to sleep. Paul was helpful with communication and always quick to respond

This is one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed in Europe. It’s so close to Colmar without being swept up in the prices and traffic. It was cozy and clean and well thought out. We felt right at home and the personal touches really meant a lot throughout the home. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be sending our friends!

Full kitchen with everything: dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and oven, Eloise offered us local drinks and products. Highly appreciated! The house also has games and books to keep the kids. The bathroom is large and full of rests, there is also a hairdryer for emergencies, as well as soap and shampoo. We had a great time and would love to come back

Beautiful little apartment offered by Christelle for a stopover or more. Quiet was at the rendezvous, clean and accessible. Perfectly decorated with taste, reading nook perfect for a reading break. Would definitely stay again in the area 🇫🇷 ☀️☀️☀️☺️

I spent a week in the home office in this apartment, with a large desk it fits perfectly. I didn't have any problems, everything was fine. The apartment is in the basement but with a large window, then sufficient light will still come in.
