Great place to stay, Mark was super helpful with check in. The space is much larger than you would expect from the photos! Super comfortable/clean and smelled great too! Would stay here again. 10/10.

Nice space with lots of extra room

We were traveling with 2 dogs and hoped to be in a private space in central Urbana. This AirBnB was perfect. Private, cute street (but a college student neighborhood most likely) and very clean. Easy to find and communicate with Nataly. Recommended, esp if you have pets.

Very well equipped apartment in an attractive part of town, walking distance from grocery store, library, cafe etc.

Overall we really enjoyed the unit. The building was really cool and had a great location. The kitchen was not fully stocked, to me it's the same as a hotel level kitchenette. A fridge, microwave, Keurig, and sink were the only kitchen appliances. I knew it was a kitchenette but was not expecting it to be so basic. Also pretty sure the host is a robot hahaha. We did not receive a single message that was a legit message or response. Every single one was an automated message. I had asked them specifics about the kitchen and never got a response so that was a bit frustrating. But overall the unit is a good price point, location, and was clean so I still have it 5 stars.

Loft was as described. Worked well for our extended family. The loft is spacious and kitchen amenities were more than adequate. The patio was under renovation during our stay, so not available.

The apartment was just perfect for my needs. It’s very clean, well stocked and the beds are super comfortable . Even though it’s at a business location, the unit is on the opposite side, with a nice private walkway. The weather was extremely cold during my stay but the apartment was cozy and warmed quickly with an easy to operate electric hvac system. Mark, the host, is very responsive and was great to communicate with. It was a pleasant and worry free stay!

Very clean and close to plenty of restaurants down town. I will gladly stay there again when I am in town for work. This was way better than staying at a hotel and the owners were very accommodating.

Another wonderful stay! I so enjoy a get away here. Comfortable, clean, relaxing and fun. I love the decorating with so many interesting things. there is a free little library out front and the location is a great place to take a walk. Highly recommend. I will stay again!

This space was exactly as advertised. The space was clean and well organized. Calling an Uber to and from the house was very easy and worked out great! The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. 100% would recommend this space to anyone.

I had a quiet, peaceful stay at this sunlight studio. Bill was friendly and helpful, allowing me an early check in and providing a new piece of kitchen equipment when I simply asked if there was one. The large windows provided a lot of natural light and the bed was super comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

The basement is lovely. Very large my 2 yo toddler loved running in the basement. The beds and bedding were really comfortable! Thank you for your kindness, Cindy

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly cozy and spotless, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We loved the convenience of being located right on the main road, which made it easy to access nearby stores and attractions. One of the highlights of our trip was definitely the hot tub – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway! Celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday and we had a wonderful time! The apartment was very comfortable and the pool and game room were so enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for a peaceful getaway or a group party getaway!

Easy to locate. Super CUTE & CLEAN!! Very spacious and it was very well supplied with everything you could need and more! Felt like an apartment you'd be comfortable living in full-time. We used the hot tub and it was very clean and nice to use. Lorraine was very responsive and we would highly recommend her place for anyone going to the local State Parks!!

My stay was very comfortable. Feels like your own little apt for a short stay. Nice to have pool and gym access. Ryan was also quick to respond to any messages.

Great and simple, one bed and a bath to yourself! Can’t get a better deal. There are 3 other rooms that are locked, so make sure you are aware that you don’t get the kitchen and living room to yourself. Otherwise, nice hot tub and game room that will do the job, nothing fancy.

it was nice, clean and modern. only 2 bedrooms and the second bedroom has 4 beds. 2 on the ground floor and 2 up in a loft. would have liked a bit more space but it's good.

I stayed here for a 2-night stay & only needed a place to sleep and shower. This place was clean and easy to locate and Parking was ample and just outside the building. There was a full size kitchen and living room area; however, I did not have a need for either. Instructions for access and check-in were clear. I will definitely stay here again.
