Great value apartment within 5 minutes walk of the gondola. Perfect for skiing. Warm / well heated.

We had a great stay in Bansko! The flat is very nice, lots of space and very comfortable. Location is also perfect, short walk to the gondola for skiing (2-3mins), or to bars and restaurants (5mins). Frosina was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire trip, giving us recommendations and answering any questions we had. Can’t wait for our next trip to Bansko!

Kiril was very kind and provided us with information that helped us. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything necessary. The shower is not very comfortable, but for a few days it is OK. The transfer to the Gondola and back was provided for a small amount (4 euros) and it was really worth it. After a day of skiing we could relax at the pool and sauna, also for a small fee. I recommend this accommodation in Bansko considering the quality/price ratio.

This home is extremely well situated, next to the telecabin, with a supermarket door to door and lots of restaurants. Amazingly, it is very quiet in the apartment - thanks to windows, facing a nice inner court yard, and furtrees in the yard. We never heard a sound from the outside, and it was Christmas week! So, amazing. The pool and the sauna were open and free to use, good thing after a day of skiing. The space is well organized and comfortable. We were five, and we had enough space - to sleep and to spend time together in the evenings. And it was really warm! One small note: the kitchen could use a cleaning. Everything else (the sheets, the bathroom) was clean. All in all, we spent a great holiday and hope to visit again!

The house is 10 out of 10 , the location is great and in it you have absolutely everything you need up ti the smallest details. The barbecue area was prepared with all we needed and we only had to fire it. The inside of the house was perfectly clean. Honestly this is one of the best places in which we have been.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was incredibly spacious, with enough large and comfortable bedrooms to accommodate our group perfectly. The entire house was well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay- from toiletries to a welcome basket with food. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, making us feel at home right away. A highlight was definitely the outdoor hot pool – even in December, we were able to enjoy it under all weather conditions, which was such a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed space to unwind with friends or family. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect and as described. Highly recommend the place if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay. It is a bit far from the "city center", but that can be seen as a bonus given the nature of Bansko clubs, visitors, etc. If you are looking for a place to stay during your ski trip, it is perfect.

I stayed here with with 3 of my friends and we enjoyed a great stay! The Airbnb is in a hotel building; there’s a sauna, heated pool, massages etc just a floor below and the Airbnb is only 2/3 min walking to the center of Bansko and about 5 min walking to the Gondolas to the ski slopes. The location was very convenient, we were surprised with all the nightlife and great restaurants that Bansko had to offer! Check in is super easy, you just pick up keys from the front desk. Bratislav made everything very simple for us, I definitely recommend booking this place! Thank you again!
