The Host was requested from the first contact, as did Mr. Celso who welcomed us on arrival at the site. The apartment is well located, close to a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and miscellaneous products. The nearby beaches (Mansa and Brava). There is no need for the use of the car. The apartment met our needs, as they have all the good quality kitchen utensils, the air conditioners worked very well and other environments with all the items mentioned in the AIRBNB listing. Our family loved the stay and we appreciate Celso's prompt service that was always on hand to meet us when we need it. We recommend Christiane's apartment for those who want to enjoy a nice spot on Caiobá Beach.

Well located apartment with restaurant, market and pharmacy nearby, very close to the beach, quiet building and super safe. All clean and organized.

Wonderful stay, clean space with everything you need. Hostel quickly answered all my questions and instructed me in how the check in and checkout should take place. The outer part of the resort is very well looked after. The view from the balcony is incredible, it really is foot in the sand. Very suitable place for families with children. Television with access to Netflix and others. I would definitely return with my family to this place.

The ap has tds the utensils of a house (pans, cutlery, large refrigerator bowls, bed, clothing, cupboards, great stove! We drink coffee every day on the balcony looking for the sea!! we want to come back more often! It is not located in the hottest place of Matinhos, here it is very quiet and well family, there are no bars next door so it is very quiet at night and as we came by car is very close to Ilha do Mel, +- 15km, 30 min by car, there we left the car in the parking lot (30 reais a day) and we took the ferry (50$ per person round trip), we can enjoy a lot there, we were one day to guaratuba also that is right next door. The beach in front of it did not suffer changes in the sand on the edge and this was great because there in caiobá where the beach was renovated was a little more uneasy and dirty. It's not a good place for singles who want ballads unless they come by car to go elsewhere. Loved it and plan to come back!

Both Pauline and Ana are super helpful and welcoming. They care about the details left a basket with treats and even a treat for my dog! Township had ice on the ice and ice water when we arrived. The village could even pass coffee because it had dust and filter . The windows have excellent sound insulation. The house is equipped with everything has thermal bottles, coffeemaker, blender, cleaned plate and floor cloths, nice carpets, good stove and fridge, Beach cart with 4 chairs and 2 sustenance at no additional cost for cake form. Up to 2 anti mosquito socket cleaning products, and good mattresses with waterproof cover. Finally the house has everything necessary , it is cozy, beautiful, well-lit and da to see the sea of the gate(this is wonderful and relaxing). The site is easily accessible and has a large market and pharmacy 3 min. by car. The climate was humid so it was essential to have a washing machine. The house was impeccably clean and tidy! We'll be back

Casa Deliosa, with full kitchen, great for those who like to cook. The view from the wide room to the sea is the high point of the property! Little bird noise, the sea, a never-ending peace. A place to recharge. Both Daniela and João, who cares for the house, were extremely helpful and dear. Many thanks for everything!

it was pouring rain when we stayed, she let us check in early and got us a different parking spot that wasn't flooded with water so accommodating very nice spot definitely recommend it.

Apartment simply flawless the 100% full kitchen, all the rooms had bed linen and towel, not to mention the wonderful view of the balcony, I want to come back more often, it was simply amazing!!!
