Wonderful Flat, I felt at home and the kitchen helps a lot for those who will stay but for a day, I will come back the next time

The listing is honest. Valeu for the cost/ benefit but an elderly person who is my case, for example a bar in the box and screens on the windows because the place has many mosquitoes and of course, expected by the exuberance of nature. The access is not very easy by car with steep streets tb expected in the case of Cunha. It is not convenient to go without a car.

The house and the hostess's receptivity were excellent. Everything was clean and tidy. Excellent beds and bedding. It had anti-mosquito devices. And the pool was fantastic too. We will certainly recommend it to our friends. We loved the stay.

Good place to stay in Ubatuba.

The house is great. All clean, organized and complete with the necessary items for a good stay. The whole house is air-conditioned, being a great differential. Marcos was a very proactive, attentive and communication host was quick and efficient. The location of the house is within easy drive access to the Paraty Center, about 15 to 20 min. Would recommend it!!

My stay at the house was just amazing! The place is cozy, very well equipped and surrounded by a beautiful landscape, perfect to rest and enjoy nature. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location in Cunha is great, with easy access to the attractions of the region. Also, the host was super attentive and helpful, always available for any questions. I highly recommend this accommodation and I will definitely return in the future!

Our stay in Ana Paula's space was extremely pleasant! The communication was very clear and precise at all times, and she and her daughter were very helpful and attentive at all times we need. We felt at home and our dogs too! They were even received with a complimentary treat from the hosts. The house was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. The access is easy and the location is excellent, close to markets, pharmacies and also the beach. I and my wife love the time we stayed there! We recommend without a second thought!

Super pleasant apartment and the condominium with wonderful leisure area! The kitchen with new utensils and everything very clean. Air conditioning functioned perfectly. The barbecue hood does not work very well, but nothing that prevents you from making a beach barbecue. Raiane and Rosana super friendly helped us with all the questions!

By far this is one of the most paid off Airbnb! The Super Helpful Host helped us with all the questions, very polite our stay was fantastic, I recommend this House , great location , we were able to get to know the main beaches close to everything. Extremely tasty place, quiet and the same as in the photos. A little away, but it's all close. Atacado, bakery, pharmacy, among others. Casa Clean, all organized. Mara was amazing. Super friendly, attentive, gave several tips and asked many questions.

Great place for nature lovers. we loved the house and the animals around.,Leliane welcomed us upon arrival with a delicious cake. the property is very privet, in the middle of the nature but still not far from the city center. mosquito repellent is a must, and once you applied you can start enjoy your stay. highly recommend

the apto is impeccable, very clean and organized, perfect space for accommodation, new furniture and utensils, all working perfectly well, very tasty shower. All the spaces in the apto pleased us very much, my family and I felt at home so cozy that it is the apt. Very close to the beach and also very safe. Haroldo was very helpful in all the doubts we had, it responds very quickly. We will return more often!

Fernando's house is very cozy, well equipped and the best a few meters from the beach, we did not take the car out of the garage. He gave us all the information and tips of the site, always attentive and quick in the answers. We'll be back for sure!

We were well received, Mr. Almir and Sara very friendly and gave us several tips for sightseeing . Unspeakable housekeeping and had everything we needed, it was a wonderful week! We spent part of a week in the Guilherme structure. From the beginning we answered clearly and cordially. the place is great, has two markets and restaurants on the corner. In addition to being a 5 minute walk from the beach. We feel at home, even with a baby and a small dog (Here enjoying the house has a kennel). We will definitely return!!

Local is exactly like the listing our friend Carlos is a helpful person and helps us in everything that is necessary! place surrounded by mountains and close to the best beaches of Paraty... Sensational cost benefit!! The best was our neighborhood we were lucky... Just families, which was very top of our coexistence! For those looking for a nice place as an affordable value... It's worth it!!

Our entire stay was a dream! The place is amazing, the beautiful and well-equipped house. Ninha was super cozy and made the perfect house for our arrival. We love every minute we spend on the island! And thank you all - the homemakers and your Toninho!

The home is beautiful with amazing views and a short trail away from a beautiful beach. The room was clean and was well represented in the photos. The house keeper was very friendly and for a small fee purchased groceries and prepared breakfast for us. Her husband also took us on boat trips to local restaurants and a small store on local islands. The road to the house is hard to locate and even harder to drive. There are deep ruts, rocks, and there are very steep sections. I’d strongly suggest a four wheel drive vehicle. If it rains you may have a hard time making it to and from the house. We would also suggest that you bring groceries with you, as there are no restaurants or stores nearby without taking the difficult road back to Paraty, or hiring a boat. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location.

It was one of the best we ever stayed in Ubatuba! The studio is perfect new and complete.

I would like to thank Sueli's warmth, warmth and affection for my family. The stay on the site was more than perfect, we love the space, all well organized and clean. The house is impeccable and has all the utensils. All brand new. The place is magical, with a delicious river within the property. What a delight to wet the feet in this river. The children loved the blackberries, the fresh herbs that we made tea at night, walk on the property and feel the aromas present. We even made castor bean war…laughs. The sky of the place is fantastic, with so much star that we have pain in the neck of so much. To close all the best tours are close to the property. The house is excellent! Corresponded to the expectation. Márcio responded quickly and was super flexible with my group. Employee Vani was a hand on the wheel; proactive and a full-handed cook. We spent very pleasant days. I definitely recommend!

I traveled with my girlfriend and had an amazing stay at Fausto's house during Carnival. The house is exactly as in the pictures: simple, cozy and very nice. The balcony is too hot. Fausto was an exceptional host, very helpful from the first contact. He answered all our questions, gave great tips for tours and beaches in the area, and even helped us carry the bags at 3:30 am when we arrived. The house has everything you need to cook, and we take the opportunity to make all our meals there. We buy fresh fish with the fishermen there from the village. Picinguaba is a quiet getaway, even at Carnival. The only issue was the parking difficulty, since the village is small and has few spots, but nothing that hindered the experience. I highly recommend the stay for those looking for peace and a charming place close to nature. I will definitely return. Valeu, Fausto!
