Vacation rentals with beach access in Ilha de Jaguanum

Paradise on the beach! impeccable and comfortable house with a breathtaking view. A perfect place to relax, all organized and very cozy. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is complete. The location is great, close to everything. The sea view is breathtaking. Communication with the hostess was excellent, we appreciate her hospitality, it was super considerate! Moments with friends we won't forget, we recommend this experience to everyone.

We stayed 10 days in this amazing place, away from the hustle and “noises” of RJ. Dona Soraya, an excellent hostess, a lot of requests, where on the first day she surprised us with a bottle of coffee, where it was wonderful!Facilities according to the photos, very sweet and pleasant house, and cleaning note 10. We miss it already! Ideal place for family, my daughters loved, you can be sure we'll be back soon🥰🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️

We reach the destination with ease, Valeria is solicitous and very well organized. Space exactly as publicized: clean, orderly, with everything working perfectly. The resort is very nice and close to the beach, with restaurant, marina and shopping point for tours. I'll be back!

our stay in the apartment of Renata was excellent, worth every penny we paid, the apt we found was the same as we saw in the photos, the resort structure met all our needs and expectations and Renata was extremely attentive, kind and courteous to me and my family. we'll be back soon.

Camila was a great host. The place is exactly as described, the amazing view. We will be back soon, as the weather has caused us not to take so much advantage of the site. Amei everything I recommend. Camila still gifted us with a basket full of treats.

The place is very beautiful and quiet and safe, the complex has many services (gym, spa, piletas , restaurant). The access to playa and pool is very inclined , although there are vans that take you and bring you have limited schedules and are filled, , if you have a car, it's perfect. The only criticism is that if you don't have a car , there is no place at the Resort where to buy basics for the stay and have to go to the nearby village by Uber. But the truth is that the place is very Beautiful , with a spectacular view of the apartment

Washington and Janaína are excellent hosts!!! They were extremely attentive and gentle, they greeted us with a wonderful coffee/snack. The apt is very cozy and was impeccable, super clean, smells and everything well organized, the kitchen is complete. The view from the balcony is fantastic... I highly recommend it and we will definitely return here!

the Hosts were sensational, they responded super fast, they assisted us with all our doubts, a very quiet place, the beach in front is great for going with children, clean and without waves. The house is well-equipped, it has everything we need for everyday life. The neighborhood is good too. When we arrived we already noticed that it was a house of extremely clean people, all very clean, tidy and organized, the cleaning was impeccable, better than a hotel. Super Recommend, excellent cost-benefit!

Simply phenomenal!! Patrícia was very attentive and helpful!! We oriented super well for check-in. The house holds 10 people very well, has air-conditioning in all bedrooms, hot bath, foot in the sand, super clean, very private, quiet at night, excellent for sleeping, relaxing and reconnecting with nature!! The hiring of Penha is also a show apart!! Town hall bathes any professional masterchef candidate with their mouth-watering dishes and delicious desserts!! Valeu every cent!! Gratitude for the great stay!! Important recommendations: don't forget to bring repellent and invest in at least one stand-up board!!

Estadia was absolutely wonderful!! The house is huge, super privacy, in the middle of the bush and beach. Even though it was a holiday the condo beach was not full, making our experience super relaxing. Anderson promptly responded to all requests and the reception was affectionate. I will return more often!!

The house totally matched the description and its view is UNIQUE!!! Our hosts were always attentive and we really had a wonderful stay. The only thing to say is that the parking is not suitable for Cardiacs Haha but luckily they helped us with that fear. Graciassssssss!!!!

The place is very nice. I went with friends and we were very comfortable. The wonderful gourmet area, integrated with the pool, made us relax and feel cozy. The other rooms of the house, bedrooms, living room, kitchen, extremely satisfactory for what was planned for the stay. I recommend.

The house is great, the pool deck beats a ball and the view of Ilha Grande is wonderful! You can walk to the beach of Cazuza, which is a dream, with clear and calm waters and practically empty, even in January. Zuleica, a diarista, is a thousand note, the beds are comfortable and have split in the rooms, a first necessity item in the summer. The host is great and even lent us a guitar. As a suggestion, it is worth having some fans in the room and more points of light, but none of that took away the brightness of those days in the house. I would come back and highly recommend it!

This is the second of many times that we will be in this cozy house and such a requested host. My family and I love being in this house and the weekend becomes much better when we're together in it. gratitude!

Apartment like the photos! Perfect for up to 5 pax 5 pax. Very well clean and easy communication with Luciana. The rooms are in the "bottom" which cuts out all the noise of other neighbors and is very quiet to sleep. The beach of the condominium I do not recommend for those with small children (it looks like beach of tombo). The condominium is huge, but we travel well by car (old and young child). Building block is close to the pool. It has no washing machine, that would be my suggestion if it were possible to adapt.

I am delighted with the structure of the condominium . It overcame my expectation. Mara has welcomed us very well ,very attentive and careful. The cozy,clean apartment with a wonderful view. I was able to rest,as the neighboring apartments were not close,so hardly heard noises around . I am looking forward to staying again . Thank you for everything Mara!

The apartment is amazing. Our family accommodated very well (5 people). We are already dazzled by the view that is sensational. The apartment is large and airy. The furniture is old but it was ok. The kitchen is functional and well equipped. The condominium beach is small but very good and safe. The Ocean Pool is a separate show. The difficulty is the access to the beach that although it is very close to the apartment is bad by the slopes. Luckily we were able to drive every day, arriving early to be able to park. We ate our meals at the apartment. For this we used to shop in the supermarkets of Conceição - full and bad. I missed some convenience establishment in the condominium. Mari checked and checked out. Very helpful and helpful. We had excellent days in this apartment!

Jailson is super considerate and worried. The apartment is a find, super well located. The condominium is very well taken care of, the friendly and polite staff, but I would like to record the lousy service of the restaurant located on the beach. Many people complaining, we spent a long time waiting for service and the food took more than 40 minutes to arrive. Clients complained that a simple dish with potato chips was taking 30min. The club was supposed to have a restaurant and in the swimming pool the kiosk did not work, despite the high season. I recommend the resort club.

It was perfect, accommodated to everyone comfortably, in addition to the things it has to do in the condominium, the same left games like dominoes and cards in case it rains and stays at home, it would be a great option, kitchen utensils lacking a pot, empty, but for those who eat outside is no problem, we in the case wanted to take things to the turn on the beach, refrigerator TV, air conditioning catered well, it is not mandatory, but an Airfryer would save a lot of kkk people. was helpful and host with us, that told a lot, I hope to go back
