Very well positioned apartment right in front of the Itaguaí bus terminal. restaurants (burger, pizza) at the foot of the building. Very clean, very tidy, air conditioned, secure. Very responsive, warm hosts, always ready to help. I highly recommend it.

The location is perfect , the condo is wonderful , the apartment has a beautiful view . Everything was clean and organized , Hemerson gave full assistance and cleared all doubts . Parking is covered and the car is completely secure , still has beach chairs and cooler . And we can not forget the swimming pool, restaurant and game room for children. We'll definitely be back more often .

It was a great stay yes! I was only surprised that there was no oven in the apartment, which hindered us by the fact that we took pizza to do it. And also the fact that there is no cafeteria and thermos... these little things are needed. And I thought the cleaning left a little to be desired. By passing your hand on the kitchen counter, it had fine sand.. but other than that. Correu tudo bem!!

EXCEPTIONAL is the word that describes, we are never staying in such a beautiful and well-kept place! Everything is thought of in the smallest detail, everything super clean and whimsical, sleeps 7 people comfortably. Good Ducha, all the air conditioned works perfectly, all the impeccable decor, well decorated kitchen, sofa and comfortable beds, wonderful tv… all amazing. We would stay 1 month if we could. Outside the amazing condominium, the wonderful natural pool and pool of the club, and the hosts available at all times to answer questions, always responding with agility. Me and my family love it! The apartment is actually very beautiful, spectacular view. Comfortable rooms with air and spacious living room. The beach and pool are a little distant, but nothing hinders the stay. Me and my family like it a lot.

Me and my family had pleasant days at the Ap de Roseli! It's like the picture, had the necessary items and it was clean. The hotel is great and has various leisure options. Roseli was very helpful and we had great communication. We didn't have any complications, I recommend hosting!

We love the flat! It's all needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped, with useful utensils for you to enjoy making your own meal! I loved the apartment. Exactly according to the photos. Very wide and comfortable. Outdoor marvelous area and perfect view (one of the most beautiful that I have ever seen). My daughter took too much advantage of the pool. Condominium also very good, with a beach, a natural pool, a club and a restaurant. Cassius and Cris were very attentive. We will definitely go back again and again.

Serious hosts, I did not encounter any difficulties, as the instructions had been very clear in all contacts. The club's swimming pool is very nice, there is a ray for those who like to practice nataçao, very clean. At the end of the street of the house, there is a small trail that leads to the beach, which depending on the times is total private. In the morning we can continue the hike to the beach of Sahy which is a part show, great for children and the elderly, without waves, can walk very far and water remains in the thigh. And all the surrounding nature is breathtaking. The condominium cleaning is excellent. It has a mine market inside the condominium that has the things to forget or need. The restaurant that still needs to improve, as it does not have air conditioning and very restricted menu. We were in 9 and we are fine in the rooms available with air-conditioning. The upper room does not have a shower, brings a greater concentration for the others. Anyway we leave very satisfied.

Selma's place is great, well equipped, very well accommodating the family. Communication was excellent, with helpful and clear instructions. Oh, in the photos you don't have it yet, but the house has a good barbecue and balcony on the ground floor.
