For those who like nature and do not care about luxury, this house will be your refuge from the rush of big city. It's just cross the avenue and you'll be on the beach and the Araçá Dunas are a 4 minute walk to the beach. Away from the agitation and agglomerations of people and in contact with nature. The immense terrain allows children to play and the whole family can enjoy the beach 20 m away. BBQ grill at the top of the house, with views of the surroundings, quiet and quiet place.

Great House in Ilha Comprida

My space is near Supermarket, beach, main avenue, You will love it because it is close to the beach and on an island surrounded by nature, dunes, Adriana Lagoon with pedal boats and equipment for physical exercise and simple but very well cared for squares. My place is good for couples, families (with kids) furry friends (pets), has space in the back and in front where you can store cars or use as a leisure space; do you want to know? I don't trade my place for anything....

Casa Bromélia 3 Balneário Adriana

In-law with one bedroom and kitchen, spacious backyard with barbecue. Quiet and well located house, we are in a parallel of Av São Paulo, Balneário Adriana. We are 800m from the beach, 12 minutes walking and 4 minutes by car. The parking is on the street in front of the house, it is street it is very quiet. We have a double bed and another bunk bed, a mattress can be added on the floor. The house is in a backyard with two other houses. Bed linens are not available.

Fully renovated and equipped property, facing the sea and in a quiet neighborhood. It has a main house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen integrated with the barbecue. In the back, we have an in-law with a bedroom, living room and bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and the living rooms have fans. The front of the house offers open spaces for 3 cars. The balcony house has full sea views and 2 hammocks. Windows with railings. Security cameras.

The house is a house on the sand, close to the beach, 150mts only ! Cozy Mega, One of the strengths for sure is the unique privacy, high walls make you feel free to bathe in the shower and walk in the Garden without worrying. It is all airy, ventilation is not lacking. It has a barbecue area with all the necessary equipment for that barbecue ! With a Lindo Gazebo . It has two hammocks for rest with Garden views. It has Wi-Fi internet and a work space.

Simple chalet in Boqueirão Sul in Ilha Comprida facing the beach. Tree-lined terrain, gazebo, internet, lots of shade, quieter space in Boqueirão Sul, quiet neighborhood.
