We loved staying here in Nice! The apartment is in a wonderful location. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and we were surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants! Hanna was an amazing host, it was easy to get in touch with her and she was responsive.

Milly was super friendly, always available, lots of helpful tips for excursions in the area, in contact nice and friendly, a perfect hostess. The apartment is very individual and nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped, basics in the kitchen and bathroom and there was wine and ice cream to welcome you - very attentive! The pool is great, refreshing after a day out, plenty of loungers even when the house is fully occupied.

apartment in an excellent location according to our taste, very close to the Pre de Pecheurs parking lot, very close to the main squares and the beach of Antibes. Clean house with everything you need to eat in the apartment or relax while staying in the house. Only for families it is good to know that the rooms are not large even though 4 of us had a great time considering that there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ivan is always ready to respond. Positive experience, we recommend it.

We had a great weekend stay at Patrick and Virginie’s place. The apartment is super cute and quirky and matched the description perfectly. The location was amazing, right in the old town and walkable to some great restaurants bars and shops while being tucked away so nice and private. Antibes is also lovely with pretty winding streets and squares, some great walks and beautiful beaches. Patrick and Virginie were also great hosts, really helpful, with great communication and very responsive to any questions. All in all a great stay and would definitely return again!

We had a nice stay with the family in this beautiful village of Cap Esterel. The apartment has all the necessities.

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas and New Year and felt very much at home.The balcony too was great and we enjoyed having breakfast there most mornings looking at the beautiful sea views.Would recommend Laure's place and will hopefully stay there again

Perfect apartment for a working/vacation. Great location close to the centre of Villefranche although you do need to be fairly fit to climb the steps from the harbourside to the property. Roni was very helpful and met us on arrival and gave us some great tips on local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning soon.

We had a great holiday at this property. Convenient, functional with a toddler. No complaints. Warm welcome with flexible arrival times that I enjoyed. Very clean accommodation with everything you need. It was just comfort for us. I would highly recommend it. If we're in the area again, we'll be back:) Thanks again!

Wonderful visit at the apartment. We stayed for a week. The location was perfect for us. Close to bus and tram stops, grocery and bakery shops — and across the street from the promenade, where we could stroll all the way to Old Nice. Perfect! The view from the apartment was just beautiful morning, noon and night. While the bathroom is bijou, the apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. I do have to mention how very comfortable the beds were. That was a welcome bonus after a long day of sight seeing. Our hosts were so pleasant, responsive and accommodating to work with. That made our travel so much easier. I look forward to a return visit where I will book this apartment again. Thank you, Tam and Jennifer. I am happy to recommend.
