It was a very nice house and exactly what we wanted. A wonderful stay with two separate sections has been renovated from a classic stone house. We loved that it was peaceful, quiet, and a home in touch with nature. Our host Patrick is very friendly, easy to communicate with, helpful with anything and responds to any questions and needs immediately. We would definitely recommend it to those who will go to Chios. If we go back one day, we would definitely prefer Patrick's house again. Thanks so much dear Patrick

Even if you're fewer people, the price is definitely worth spending time in this house in terms of performance. We took 1 night to enjoy the house by the fireplace. The house conditions were very good, it is a well-maintained and clean place where I would want to go. We used the garden fireplace as a barbecue. We burned the fireplace inside all the time, even if we didn't, the honeycombs were already on, and the air conditioners could be turned on as a support for heating, but we benefited from the romance of the fireplace, we had a T-shirt in the house, it was always 1 degree outside. Everything was spotless, I recommend bringing house slippers when you come, especially for the winter. The pots and pans were enough, the glass was enough, you don't need to bring that kind of stuff. The pool is always maintained, it was freshly cleaned when we entered. There is a lemon tree in the garden, everything is green and very pleasant. Since we don't like concrete concrete buildings like this, this place felt like medicine. There was no problem with the internet, we entered our account from netflixt with a smart TV. Ms. Zeynep left us a tangerine, thank you. We will be back

Separate all Airbnb hosts Ali Ozan was a completely different person, he supported us in everything, we were very satisfied with the house and you can reach him at any time of the day from the service he provides, he is extremely kind and polite, there is a dog named Nina in the garden, the extremely sweet environment is perfect. We took the opportunity for the holiday and stayed at Ms. Nühal's house for 5 days. The house was enough for 4 adults and 1 child. Ms. Nühal's friendly hospitality made us all happy. Since the weather is not fully heated yet, we realized that we would be cold in the evening, Ms. Nühal provided a stove in a short time. Since the floors are marble, I recommend bringing slippers with you when you come.

Outstanding place in the heart of Izmir! walking distance to the bazaar. also, just 50M from a main street with easy access to taxis. a walk down the hill gets you to the light rail and the ferry. super convenient. the roof top terrace and garden are the perfect spot to relax. tons of space for everyone. very secure. excellent host! highly recommended. i am going to stay here again on my next trip to Izmir next year.
