Excellent stay at a super reasonable price for the area over the Thanksgiving holiday. Very cozy, super comfortable and clean, and walkable to shops and restaurants in Upperville. Only a short drive to Middleburg. Highly recommend and would stay again!

This was the second time we stayed at this house for a family gathering. As it was 2 years ago, this was a great place to enjoy a winter weekend. The house is easy to get to, very clean, with comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen was easy to get around, and the fire pit outside near the lake was great for us. All in all, a 5 out of 5 for all of us, and we'll definitely come back.

Our group of 9 had a great stay at Katie's place! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and we appreciated the family friendly amenities like a highchair and pack n play. The older kids loved the bunk beds and the game room and the little hideaway "tent" bed in the primary bedroom was adorable for our three year old. The basement bedroom was perfect for the toddler in our group who needed a dark/quiet place to sleep and would also be great for a teen looking for more privacy. The hot tub was clean and the view from the deck is even better in person. Kitchen was well laid out and had plenty of pots and pans. Cooking oils/spices/bathroom toiletries are not provided but not a huge deal as this was well communicated ahead of our stay. Katie and the property manager were both extremely responsive and helpful. We were really thankful that Katie went the extra mile to find something we had left behind and mail it to us. Hope to stay at Katie's property again soon!

From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy and comfortable bedrooms, every detail was thoughtfully designed to make our stay enjoyable. The location was also perfect, with easy access to D.C. and surrounding areas. The host was responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless. We enjoyed our stay at this Harper’s Ferry home. Of all the places we have stayed, we appreciated not needing to pack the basics! Everything was provided and the hosts were very communicative and helpful. The home heated/cooled well, the space was clean and well kept. We hoped for a slightly more private location, but saw numerous deer at all times of day and it was a quiet neighborhood. The bunkbeds are in the basement, down the spiral staircase, with a door to the outside. It was a great space for our slightly older kids. We spent quite a bit of time hanging around the foosball table or reading in the little nook! Thank you for the relaxing stay.

Karma is real, so I must share this true GEM with the world. This was a bday getaway for my wife and I with our pup. I WIN BEST Husband of the Year because of Frank's Pond Cottage. I gave her the gift of her very own waterfall.. Beautiful luxury in hidden away by the Shenandoah. We were able to UberEats while also having an Uber take us to Element. Great food. Frank and team recommended horseback riding, did that too, MUST DO SO! We will be back and already have plans for next trip. Run DON'T WALK to spend time at this wonderful retreat.
