Wonderful stay. Kalil, Rodrigo's son answered us promptly, introduced us to the house and was very accessible and proactive. The balcony is a charm, giving you to see the Olinda beach and carmo church in the background. Very close to Alto da sé, and to the historical center. Great cost-benefit. The ofurô is heated and the space is actually very comfortable. The room is very nice and it gets completely dark at bedtime, new and very good air conditioning. We were delighted with the acerolas. Surely being in Olinda we will stay in this place again

The apartment has an excellent location, a few meters from the beach, and very wide. The host, Silvio, a very requested person, was present on arrival at the property, passing on all the guidelines of what was in the vicinity and being willing to help with anything possible. I recommend the Silvio property for those who wish to visit Recife.

We live a wonderful experience at Mariana's apartment and recommend it for those who want a great place to stay in Recife, on Boa Viagem beach.

We did not come across surprises, the house really conforms to the information contained in the listing and we enjoyed the days we were there with peace of mind. Cauby is attentive and always available for guidance and clarification of possible doubts. It is well worth taking a few days of rest in the Vila Velha refuge.

Mr Djair was a great host, very responsive, whenever we needed assistance he would respond/send help right away. The house was clean, had everything we needed - sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, etc.. only needs more TLC and maintenance of some appliances, but in general, it was an amazing stay. the community is beautiful, the amenities are really good and the beach is only a few steps away. overall we all loved our stay, but as it is a community with lots of rules, I would not recommend it if you are looking to meet up with friends and party.. it is really intended to rest and relax.

Helena's home hosting is an amazing experience! The house is beautiful and welcoming, with very well decorated environments, fresh and comfortable balconies. It is a charming old house typical of the Olinda slopes that is also very functional and well organized, being useful for rest and work. The experience is added by Helena's kindness, always dear and attentive in the face of our needs.

The flat was great, one of the best locations, organized, clean, great view and comfortable. Antonia and Sandra helped us at all times. The gatekeepers of the building were also wonderful and very polite. Indico e voltaria!

Everything perfect, I just missed a microwave and a protection on the balcony grids. I have a small dog and they passed in the spaces that had between the bars. But otherwise everything is perfect

Wonderful, super clean house to feel right at home literally. Opened the Gate is on the beach beautiful place. Fernando super kind, the wonderful housekeeper, the smelling bed linens, towels and etc… we had only a very loud sound problem on Saturday from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am at the neighboring house on the other day I think they saw that there were people next door and they didn't make noise . My daughter loved the place and we are already asked to come back Logoooooo kkkkkkkkk…. Yes, the center has a lot to do more there are many great restaurants and wonderful snack bars.

I had already gone late 2021 and early 2022, but I stayed at my sister-in-law's house This time we are both with a small baby and I decided to stay nearby. Fabio's apartment is very good, although I only used it for sleeping, it is very comfortable, it served us very well!! Fábio is also a great host, he responded to me promptly, put us at ease. There is a pharmacy in front, a snack bar next door, a bakery almost in front, everything is very close!! For sure the next time we go, we already have the place to stay !!

The location of the house in this very secure space is nice, with the pool and direct access to the beach. The relationship with some of the neighbors present was very nice and helpful when the person came to pick up the keys on our departure. Very good services regarding the collection of garbage cans, perfect fans and air conditioning, kitchen equipment in number and correct quality.

Great accommodation, we stayed at 28 and enjoyed a beautiful sea view and close to everything beach, bars, in 1 hour to go to Porto de Galinhas by car.Apartamento serves the needs very well and is worth the price, the owner was flexible and very gentle when check out because my flight was at 6:00 pm and I was able to leave at 4:30. The pool area is beautiful and common to the guests. In the most perfect everything, Thank you for your great stay, when I return to Recife I will stay in the same place.
