Pyrgos would have to be one of the most beautiful accomodations on the island. The only reason not to book would be if you don’t have transport as it’s high up, however, the views are unbeatable. We loved our stay and the host was very kind and accomodating, even booking us a taxi from Evdilos port. 100% recommend!

Antonis and his family are friendly and accommodating hosts, also the housekeeper was very friendly and discreet. The complex seems even more beautiful than in the pictures, it is very quiet, several small houses in a well-kept garden with many olive trees. Everything was perfectly clean. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back again.

Anthoula is a great host. Despite the communication difficulties, we understood each other. She was extremely kind, offered us delicious products from her garden. Her house is very nice and very comfortable and its garden is just beautiful and it's great to be there. And its location a little out of Christos is perfect. Thank you for everything.

Athena’s place is beautifully located in a secluded tiny seaside village, ideal for relaxation and as a base to explore the surroundings. We stayed for a week and did not want to leave - the views of the sea and sunsets are amazing. Athina is a very helpful host - there were some issues with the washing machine and WiFi when we arrived, but they were quickly resolved and all with perfect communication. We brought our baby daughter and Athina went out of her way to help us settle in. Highly recommended.

I believe we had the best Airbnb on the island. Sophia was so generous and responsive as a host! We had everything we needed and more. The apartment was centrally located, steps from the beach, and very convenient. In the August heat the air conditioning was a welcome reprieve and we loved the upstairs balcony. The appliances were modern and sufficient for our needs. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our hostess Sophia was. We enjoyed our stay and will return someday.

Within walking distance through a fantastic forest you are at the waterfalls, with the best restaurant and views of Samos! Absolutely recommended! In a 5-minute walk you are on the beach and can enjoy the sunset every evening. The beach is not crowded. Great starting point also for the coastal hike to other beaches. You can also walk to Karlovasi (town with supermarket) or to Leka (mountain village). We really enjoyed the food among the locals in Leka and Karlovasi. But there are also restaurants very close to the property. We didn't need a car. In the house itself, the roof terrace was the best thing for us in the morning and evening. In August, it is pleasantly cool even at over 30 degrees in the evening and in the early morning hours. Communication with Serantos was very good! Thank you♥️

We had a great time in this beautiful house. It has a great view and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Christina's House was the perfect rural location that we wanted to explore the North West Region of Ikaria, equipped with everything required to make it home from home, clean and tidy, fabulous views from the garden, Christina was a fantastic hostess, always available if needed, thank you for the delicious wine.

the house is beautiful. cozy, quiet, cool and spacious, surrounded by nature among olive trees, chestnut trees and (delicious) fig trees. the outdoor space – shaded by a huge oak tree, overlooking the mountains, the sea, and the sunset – is lovely. kostas is a most gracious and thoughtful host. he welcomed us in person, leaving us a table full of tasty local things. thank you.

Andreas' hospitality was top. Willing to help us with everything! Our accommodation made us feel like home, a traditional house with many spaces and unlimited views of the village and the sea from everywhere. Overcrowded and cozy , with a yard that we duly honored. Quiet and tranquil under the leaves of the mulberry tree that dominates the garden. Highly recommended and combined with the price makes this detached house No1 choice !

The house is perfectly located. It is just 5 minutes walk from the best beach on the island. There are no other houses around, so we found parking very easily. Sparkling clean very comfortable with cool and comfortable terrace. Mrs. Ioanna was very helpful and direct. We would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit beautiful Ikaria. Wonderful place in a great location, ideal for families. Host, Kostas and his wife Georgia, were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Ikaria.

I highly recommend this as the place to stay. Vagelis is a very friendly and attentive host. For Easter, he brought my 7-year-old son and me colored Easter eggs and a homemade braided loaf. It was a warm welcome and a wonderful stay. Thanks for that, Vagelis.

We had a wonderful time here - it was one of the few places we've visited where we just didn't want to leave. In actual fact, the pictures don't do it justice - it's a lot bigger than it seems, and was just perfect for our Ikarian winter sojourn - very comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, good heating when needed (temperatures were cool but pleasant, however we happened to be on the island for a huge northeasterly storm that drowned all of Greece and deposited snow up on the mountains above the town) and a beautiful east facing view of Fourni from the front door. Eleni lives upstairs with her husband and she made us a huge plate of traditional seasonal cookies (melomakarona) which were delicious, and lemonade from her own lemon trees at the front of the house. She and her family were so warm and welcoming, opening heart and home to us, and for that we are eternally grateful. We look forward to returning.
