I was in Jefferson's apartment and had an impeccable top AP weekend with all amenity, standing in the sand as described and in the photos and close to bars, restaurants, market, pharmacy, PA of Unimed etc. Everything next car can be good in the parking lot of the building. Jefferson always ready to respond when we asked to respond with great calmness and well educated clarity, also the concierge staff of the building always willing to help and well educated also was a ball show, they can rent that they will not regret 😉👍🏾

Our stay was very pleasant! The apartment is large, the rooms are spacious and everything is just like in the pictures. The auto check in with electronic lock is very practical, the bedding was clean and smelling, the towels were carefully bagged as if we were in a hotel! Fran always responded quickly when we sent a message or wanted to ask any questions. The resistance of the electric shower from the social bathroom was broken, but promptly our host sent an electrician who exchanged the part in a matter of minutes after contact. The apartment is in a prime area of Campinas, very close to the Taquaral Park and the surroundings have restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, all very close and practical! I will certainly stay in this apartment again if I return to the city. I highly recommend it!

We are very pleased with our stay. the apartment, despite being in an old condominium, is entirely renovated, looking new. The space is ample and has brought us a lot of comfort. the check in and checkout were super simple with the help of the gatekeeper João, who was very attentive. The elevator was under maintenance, so we could not use it during our stay. Since the apartment is on the third floor, for us it was not a problem. Nara kindly advised us days before about this situation and gave us the opportunity to cancel the stay. The only point that may not be so positive is about the bathrooms (although I thought it was more of my own attention): when I checked the listing, I had the impression that it was a suite and a social bathroom. In fact, it's a social bathroom and a bathroom in the service area.

The stay was the space of Renata is amazing, very cozy, the house is equipped with all the items we need, in addition to a leisure area with pool, elastic bed (which supports adults), little football field and vollei, at last amazing everything, I will be back for sure! It is important to comment that Renata was super solicitous, gave us several tips from nearby restaurants, always responded to the messages quickly, in short we were well received, I highly recommend the space!

Best hosting we've had on Airbnb to date! Eloisa is a love of person and helped us with everything we need, such as a flexible check-in/check-out and local restaurant recommendations! In addition, the house is spacious, beautiful and everything was in perfect condition (showers, closets, bedding, kitchen items). I highly recommend the accommodation and the location, as it is not so far from the main points and the neighborhood is very quiet!

Sandra has welcomed us well since before the stay. We arrived early in the city and she was quite flexible with the check in time. The house and bed/bath linen were very clean and smelling. The site is easily accessible and very well located, perfect for those who go to an event in Allianz Parque.

The house is a quiet nook, all the surrounding nature, the tranquility, the house is perfect for enjoying the pool on sunny days, enjoying the fireplace on cold nights and even enjoying the rainy days with the whole glass room, hearing and seeing the rain falling outside on the sofa coziness was wonderful. On Saturday we had sun until 3pm and we were able to enjoy the pool very well. My children loved it, because in addition to the large pool, there is a small one for those who do not yet know how to swim!

Fernando and Érica are super attentive from beginning to end. The location is great for those who have an event at Villa Sansu (10 minutes) and Haras Park (5 minutes). Up to the center of Araçoiaba we took 15 minutes, but next to the farmhouse features groceries, butchery, pharmacy and restaurants. The House is great, large, a wonderful garden, a great pool, good barbecue integrated with the kitchen, great mattresses and fans all over the house. It is necessary to bring towels, tablecloths, bedspreads and bedding (the latter has the option to pick up with a third party). Super safe for dogs!

Claudia was kind and attentive, the apartment was carefully arranged to welcome us and still a delicious and beautiful cake for our family. The environment corresponds exactly to the advertised, has many appliances in the kitchen, iron (although we do not need to use), good showers and a delicious balcony overlooking the beach. The kitchen is very complete and for those who have the habit of cooking during the stay is very practical, the stove is very efficient. Air Fryer, sandwich maker, blender, mixer, pans, enough utensils, cups, glasses and everything else to do well. All messages sent to Claudia were quickly answered and always very kindly. We had a great stay, full of facilities, quiet and a lot of peace.
