The place is quiet, it has everything you may need nearby, with a very good bakery that I recommend. Thanks to the good taste of Alana, upon arriving at the house we find a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, after returning from a tiring day out.

The point is really nice, I'm passionate about the Savassi region. The apto is very comfortable and Marielza is very kind and helpful. He had everything he needed, from utensils to bedding. I just have to thank you!

We spent two months in the apartment. The ape is very well decorated, spacious, and has everything you need. The location is great. Marina provided great support during the stay, being very quick and helpful. Unfortunately, the noise of the construction of the next building is still very loud and is from 7:00 - 16h with lunch break.

Great apartment, very ventilated, large and with new facilities renovated. Very well equipped for a long period stay. I, my wife and in-laws were staying for 20 days for the arrival of our baby. We feel at home, with the conditions of the dwelling made us very quiet and with warmth for this important period. Host Gustavo is very friendly and helpful, and made no effort to make us feel at home. He was always concerned about fulfilling our requests, responding promptly to questions. If we have the opportunity, we will be staying with him again. We recommend it!!

The apartment is in a quiet street close to the mall, which makes it much easier. The house is excellent! It's in our Top 5! Very beautiful decor, comfortable sofa and TV with several movies! Everything works right! What about the pools! Wow! The hydro is awesome! Esquenta fast! And the temperature is great! Bathroom shower with great pressure! Silence even made the day render!!! A little something or another was solved via zap! We'll be back for sure and it's a place we'll refer to family and friends!

We chose to spend Christmas as a family in the listing, which is exactly like in the pictures, great house, clean, with large bathrooms in all the rooms, with TVs, fans and minibars. Kitchen equipped with appliances and other cutlery, as well as the other rooms. The only annoyance is that the sauna was spoiled and this was not told to us. No more, we love and recommend it to everyone!!!!
