I can only say good things about our stay in Patricia's apartment. Very well located, extremely clean, with all the tools and amenities for our stay, in addition, both Patricia and her mother have been concerned all the time for our well-being. I can't do anything other than recommend this apartment to all of you.

We felt so at home in this apartment with so many personal touches and extra thought given to making it a wonderful trip for the guest. Teresa was always communicative and worked to ensure we were comfortable. Flexible check-in was provided. The location is unbeatable for public transport access and enjoying the local neighbourhood. Wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Sotogrande is a lovely area of Spain with an international community and a fun night life. There is also lots to do in the surrounding area. We went to Tarifa, Gibraltar and Granada, to name a few. Luis was a gracious host; always quick to respond and ready to help. We loved his big black book with helpful tips, instructions and recommendations. Would surely stay there again! Thanks, Luis!

This is an awesome place to stay, beautiful views, quirky tramline, very good public transport, great restaurants and shops. The flat is stylishly furnished, spacious. We had read about the stinky bathroom beforehand so were not shocked, it is totally okay if you air the room frequently and plug all the holes when not using the shower or the sink. The noise from the restaurant downstairs was also manageable. If you like to sip your morning coffee looking at an amazing port with azure skies and sea, choose this location in Port de Sóller. The host was always responsive to any queries, very polite and friendly. The welcome tray with all the goodies was greatly appreciated as well. We would definitely go back, thanks Lena and Mats!

was a bit loud at night but not loud enough to keep us up at night. good rooms, great bathrooms and good location!

The apartment was as shown in the pics. The balcony was our favorite. Location was good for old town, restaurants, groceries and beach. Private parking space was a big plus. Huge thanks to Tatiana and her husband for more help than we could express. We had a great stay

Monika and her husband were incredible hosts. They were available and responsive during both the planning process and the visit. The rental was wonderful and exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. The beach access could not be better; private back patio and step right out onto the beach. We felt safe and at home. Thank you Monika! We hope to be back sooner than later.

Carlota's accommodation has been perfect for disconnecting for a few days. We have enjoyed the tranquility of the village and the beautiful views of Rinlo Carlota has been very helpful and friendly, we will definitely be back

Great location. Beautiful beach views. Far enough away from loud noises of party street. Host was great and even helped us make dinner reservations. Be aware that parking may be difficult due to small roads. Water gets cold easily of more than one person showers at the same time. Otherwise I would definitely stay again.

This is a fantastic house which is beautifully designed, comfortable and well equipped. It’s spacious with lots of places to sit and hang out. The pool is large and clean. The house is in a traditional oyster port in front of a canal. We found it fascinating to observe the farmers and learned a lot when buying fresh oysters from them. It’s a pleasant 50 minute walk to Arcachon which we did several times. There is also a train that takes 4 minutes. We loved our stay and hope to come back again. Would strongly recommend staying here.

Diogo is a great guy, super friendly and helps with everything you need. I spent 2 days kitesurfing and was able to borrow his surfboard on windless days – a great bonus! The accommodation is simple and has everything you need, but don't expect luxury (except the hot tub :-)) The location is beautifully nestled in nature. Perfect for those looking for peace and outdoor activities.

A very nice welcome, as he had provided breakfast due to very late arrival. GPS wasn't quite able to take us to the right side of the house, but since there was an entrance from both sides, we found our way. Nice and clean house, a little bit of moisture, but this is how it is so close to the sea and not TEK17 house:) Fantastic cozy garden and a fabulous view. Large and spacious with a lot of space. We enjoyed the max And absolutely everything you need in the house plus more. We would gladly came again.

Impeccable house with nothing to point out. Acolhedora, comfortable and a place to consider if you want to visit Soure. The jacuzzi makes the stay even more enjoyable!

excellent accommodation very large bright and with a beautiful view. the air conditioning is perfect (quiet and efficient) in the bedrooms and living room. Sofia is very kind , responsive and welcoming. the pool is large, clean and the perfect temperature. the parking space is large enough for a large SUV but the intersection of 2 fan vehicles the parking remains complicated. the only drawback of the residence are the stairs but it remains practicable in stroller with some efforts. access to the building from the parking lot is only via the stairs and otherwise there is a path that leads to the parking lot from the outside. From the elevator you will still have a few steps down. Apart from these small details, the place and Sofia are great!

Perfect apartment for exploring the surrounding areas. Very clean and spacious apartment. We would definitely rent the apartment again and would definitely recommend to others.

The condo is a great place, in an ideal location outside Porto, beautiful view and close to some small and amazing restaurants. Paula was very communicative and helpful. I would recommend paying for the underground parking. It’s a city so street parking can be limited and costly. As for the garage, be prepared for you need a smaller car. Ours was a 4 door midsize and I was able to get in and out just fine. The ramp getting out is very steep so be prepared. All doable just be prepared. The condo is very spacious and beautiful. The restaurants near by are great. We will definitely be back! Thank you Paula!

Very nice apartment, spacious and quiet and in a great location. Lovely views over the marina. It had the benefit of a lovely pool and sunbeds too. Would definitely recommend.

Clean apartment and matches the photos, very spacious close to the sea! David is very responsive and friendly which makes it easy to arrive in town. Note that the apartment is quite close to the station so you can hear past trains if the window is open.

Fantastic stay for a week of pure relaxation. The apartment was perfect and was so handy for beach and local family friendly bars and restaurants. Paul has a wonderful Team on hand if you require any assistance, nothing seems too much trouble. Will be returning if possible.
