A comfortable place to spend time as a family, we loved that pets are allowed. It's conveniently located, close to restaurants and the ponchos market. Very good service and communication from hosts from hosts. We would definitely stay again on our return to Otavalo.

This was the best place in Ibarra out of three I went to. Location. Next to parque lineal. So I could run. Next to a commercial center for coffee. And near the in laws.

The space is a pleasant place, it is safe and private, the room is comfortable and has all the amenities, Raúl who is who we contacted was very friendly, attentive to our arrival, he gave us very clear instructions to arrive, and for check-out they were flexible, a nice place, they have dogs but they are sociable and affectionate.

The place is beautiful. The house is much nicer than in the pictures. The weather and view is very beautiful! Both view of the lagoon and the yahuarcocha track. We even saw the races. Access to the property can be in any type of car as the road is in very good condition.

Everything is very good, the house is very nice and cozy. Humberto is a very good host, he helped us even with recommendations for places to know.

I found the stay excellent, the host is always attentive and cordial, the house as detailed in the photos privacy and is in a central area, for the next times that I travel I would surely use her facilities again.

Franklin is an amazing host. when I asked for something he went above and beyond and in a very timely manner. the house is in a very safe area, which was important to us. the yard was great for our 2 dogs. the fireplace was awesome and wood was supplied. there are little restaurants close by or you can taxi for $1.5 into the town of Cotacachi. there is also a tienda close by for bread etc. we were not used to barking dogs in the night, but that will not stop us from returning. definitely recommend Franklin's place.

Amazing! Our stay was absolutely perfect. We rented the whole place for my big (15 people) family and I'm so glad we did. Luis was super friendly, always responsive, helped us checking in later than expected after we had some trouble during the trip. The house is very welcoming, was clean, had what we needed. The rooms are spacious, well distributed and the bed were super comfy. Breakfast the next day was great and Luis gave us some recommendations for things to do. All in all, a great stay.

My second time here with a small retreat group - it is such a beautiful spot with views of Imbabura & Cotacachi volcanoes. Beautiful rustic house, quiet and fresh air... Nice having the bus come right outside to Otavalo. Highly recommend for a country stay. Chilly up in the mountains but nice and cozy with the fire places and heaters.
