This location is incredibly convenient, situated near the railway station and just steps away from local shops.

Convenient access! It was an old house guest house where you can enjoy playing in the alley and going to the public bath! We stayed for three nights with multiple families. The adults were able to sit around the tatami mats and have a deep conversation, and the children were able to play freely in the alley, which was very attractive.
Access to tourist destinations is also good, and Sannomiya and Kobe Station are easily accessible! However, the guest house was so comfortable, and we had so much fun walking around the nearby shopping district and going to the public bath together, that we hardly did any sightseeing. In a calm space in a renovated old house, we used 2 rooms and 3 families (3 adults, 3 elementary school students, and 1 toddler) had a pleasant time. From the kitchen facilities, humidifiers, extension cords, picture books and toys, the attention to detail was perfect and there was no trouble in any situation. There were also plenty of delicious things to buy at the nearby shopping street, and plenty of cafes where you could enjoy breakfast. The bar next door also had a very nice atmosphere, and the food and drinks were excellent. 
It was an opportunity for children to grow, as they interacted with people in their daily lives, and it was a time for adults to re-experience the warmth of human connections, such as greeting people while playing. It's a nice place to come back to anytime! Thank you owner!

The house was great. It was very well setup, was located at a very convenient place and was very comfy. I enjoyed my stay there. Danielle was also very responsive which made our life way easier when we had questions. I recommend this place to anyone.

My only regret is not getting to stay longer! This home is so beautiful and there are trails through the forest right outside the door. The beach is a quick walk away, as well as great food and friendly locals. The windows make the room such a treat to relax in and all of the accommodations were perfect. The host was super helpful in getting us checked in. The stairs are a bit steep, as mentioned, which was not a problem for us, but please be aware if stairs are not for you. I wish I could’ve stayed for a week!

House is look traditional and I feel really Japanese

Loved our stay at Saki and Roy’s place! We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 kids (12 and 7) check in when super easy. The house was very clean had great amenities. It had all the kitchen items and bathroom toiletries you would need for a stay. Lots of beds for our family. We love how close it was to the metro and family mart. Even fell in love with a steakhouse restaurant right down the street. We will recommend and would stay again when in Osaka!

Spacious and clean house outside the hustle and bustle of central Osaka. We loved the space and the sunken dining table. This is a great family bnb and well connected by metro to other places in Osaka. Would highly recommend. Thanks!

It was a lovely old house.The impression of old houses has changed. Both my husband and 6-year-old son were very happy.I woke up in the morning and was amazed by the beautiful rice terraces that I could see from the large window.It was as if time had stopped. The owner was also quick to respond, and everything went smoothly.I asked for a sauna, but my husband gave up because he was not good at assembling it. I want to come with my family who couldn't come in a different season and experience the sauna.

He watched us many times during our stay and made us feel at ease. Also, thank you very much for the souvenir. We had a good stay.

The location is right in front of the sea, and the view from the window is really amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and the facilities are clean.The owner was also very kind and told me about delicious local restaurants.

I think this is definitely the right choice if you're staying in Kinosaki Onsen.Of course, I think staying at a ryokan would be a great experience, but... It's about a 10-minute walk from JR Kobe Station and Shin-Kobe Station, and there's a convenience store nearby, so I thought it was convenient. It was nice to be able to rent the whole house, and for an old building, it was very cleanly maintained, and I had a comfortable two-week stay. The sound of the train didn't bother me much either. I want to stay here again when I go to Kobe.
