Vacation rentals with lake access in Hwaseong-si

The view is really an unbelievably good place. Thanks to the kind host and the wonderful room, I made good memories.

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my grown up daughter and the place was perfect for what we needed, a base to explore from. The fact that there is a bus stop right outside the apartment is really handy. The bus can takeyou to the local metro or it takes 20 minutes to walk. Really appreciated the washing machine with laundry detergent and there is also a small airer to use. There is also a 24hr launderette nearby! The kitchen area has everything you possibly need to make a meal but we often ate out and only used the kettle to make ramen! If you stay when it's cold, the heating is amazing. There's underfloor heating that makes the space super cosy! Plenty of on demand hot water and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided by Sulin. Oh and toothpaste! We REALLY liked that Sulin provided a fabric freshener for our clothes that smelt from the delicious Korean BBQs that we ate at! So handy to have & a good idea! Loved staying here. It's quiet & Sulin is a lovely host!

It was my second visit because I remembered that I had a comfortable stay even when I booked last time... I had a good stay again..

It was my first trip with my family, so I thought about the end and chose it, and I was so satisfied! You can use the large number of people at no additional cost, and the space is more spacious than what you see in the photos, so I had a comfortable stay. Next time, I want to stay a little longer in the summer!

The atmosphere of the room, the amenities, the big mirror, the dishes, and the condition of the room were all so good! There was plenty to eat nearby, and it was nice to be close to a convenience store! The bathroom was a little narrow and uncomfortable, but I think this quality is really good at this price in Seoul!!

I use it for the second time. It's close to the sports complex and Olympic Park, so it's good to find a place to stay to watch the show. The room is big and there are a lot of bedding. I highly recommend it

So glad we found this home, the hosts were very friendly and accommodated us with all of our requests. Our family of 7 (including 1 baby and 1 toddler) was able to sleep comfortably in this home. The bus stop was less than 5min walking and the subway station was 5-7min walk. We hope to come back to Korea in the near future and stay in this home again.

Feels like a home, because it is a home! If you’re staying a short while, or a long while, this is your place. We plan on travelling to Seoul many more times and we’ve decided to stay here whenever possible. The host Junmi was impeccable, whatever we needed she was there to help. We embarrassingly clogged the toilet and could not unclog it, Junmi had a plumber there ASAP to sort it out.

The accommodation is so clean and has everything. Next time I stay, I'll stay here again.

This place is way better than my expectation. It’s clean and new. All equipments are recent technology. It is sooooooooooo close to the train station (both line 9 (where you can go to Gangnam) and AREX which go to Airport and Hongdae. There are so many restaurants around or even right at the first floor of this building (A lots enough to say that there are too many to choose 🫣). Plus, around 4 convenient stores around the corners + 1 right at the first floor of the building. The host is super active and helpful, whatever you ask, you will get the answer so soon. Additional, the host is so caring: checking whether I arrive at the accommodation safely, asking how was my staying and taking more towels to me. When I went to many Airbnbs, I had a thought of going back to stay again. This place is a must returning to stay that I have written on the top of my lists. I wish this place is available every time I go to Korea. I would give 1000000 out of 10 to this hidden super Airbnb 🥰.

I had a good rest! It was close to Raffaesta Street, so there were lots of places to eat, and it was nice to be close to the lake park.

I am a foreigner who does not speak Korean language. So I was very appreciative that Zoe was friendly and responded fast via AirBnB messaging. The area around the building has an emart supermarket and restaurants. The building itself had a CU and some eateries too. So it was very convenient and comfortable for a 10 day stay for my business trip. thank you Zoe !

We had a wonderful stay at Alex & Susan’s apartment in Gwangjin-gu! The location is super convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. Unfortunately, we couldn’t check out the Han River this time, but there’s so much to explore nearby. Alex & Susan were incredibly attentive hosts, always quick to respond and making sure we had everything we needed. Whether you’re staying for a short trip or a longer stay, this apartment is perfect, it’s clean, comfortable, and feels like home. We were honestly sad to leave and already miss our time there. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul!

First of all, it was nice that the interior was so well decorated and cozy. It felt more cozy because there was a lot of lighting, so it was nice..! They allowed two dogs, and it was so nice to have a dog, and it was so nice to be able to use the rooftop. 😁

The actual place was much cleaner and better than the pictures!! There are a lot of stories about the view in other reviews, but the view is really, really nice. It was pretty day and night. And when I look at the accommodation personally, I tend to pay a lot of attention to cleanliness, but it was very clean! I felt that the host was keeping it clean. He also reflected the things I asked for before ☺️ check-in, and the instructions were detailed ~ I responded very quickly, so I stayed without any inconvenience! Occasionally, bedding and especially towels may smell bad if you don't take good care of them, but not only the bedding, but also the towels smelled very good, so I was really satisfied! Thanks to you, I had a nice stay while I was there. I'll stop by again next time. Thank you.❣️

It was a gathering with friends and family. It was a total of 3 families, and I had a good time. It was located at the bottom next to the road, so I couldn't see the house right from the road, so I passed it at first. There was space for up to 4 cars for parking. The road down to the house after parking was a narrow staircase, so it was a little difficult to move my luggage. It was rather nice to be able to stay warm because it was very cozy and blocked the winter breeze. There was snow in the rice fields and hills near the house, so the children were able to ride vinyl and box sleds that they had never experienced in the city. The condition of the accommodation felt cozy like any country house, and there were karaoke machines and musical instruments, so it was an accommodation that I never got bored. Since the house is separated from other houses, I was able to play without paying attention to the noise. The dishes and various utensils in the kitchen were well equipped, and there were many towels and blankets, so a total of 10 people were able to stay well. In the yard, I was able to use the fire pit to enjoy various grills, and I was able to store them between the piles of alcohol and drink it very coolly. It is a warm and hot water accommodation in sub-zero weather, so I want to come again next time. Thank you to Yoonhee for your kind response even though I contacted you at 3 am because I knew the water switch near the kitchen light and turned it off suddenly because the water switch near the kitchen light didn't come out suddenly. If you come after us, please don't touch that switch. ^ ^

It was an accommodation!!

Even if you talk with your acquaintances until dawn Because there are no houses around I had fun- Hanaro Mart is close by car, and there is also a convenience store. I spent the day without any inconvenience. It was convenient to have a kitchen on both the first and second floors.

It was the best place I've ever been to. - You can play noisily because it's a private house. - The host is so kind - Good barbecue space - Good parking space - Cleanliness of the accommodation I'm going again.

We had a really cozy and peaceful stay. It was a valuable experience to experience rural life in a place not far from Seoul. The cafe located right behind the host is in operation, and the coffee was delicious and the atmosphere was the best. Best of all, I lit a bonfire in the yard and had a campfire while watching the stars at night. My 5-year-old son who went with me talks about the bonfire even when he comes home. Also, it was a real advantage that food was delivered because it wasn't far from the village. Thank you.

The owner was very kind and I went with my dog, and he really liked it. There was also a valley right in front, so I had fun with the puppy. There were many benches to sit on, and the sound of the water right in front was peaceful:) The garden was also spacious, so I had fun running around.

I had a really healing stay. Thank you, kind owner. I'll come again next time.

I had a good rest for 2 nights and 3 days.
