This house was exactly what we needed. It exceeded our expectations, with the playground for the littles, the firepit that we used both nights, comfy beds, clean and clutter less house, with we thoroughly happy with our experience. If you’re looking for peace and space, this is the place. Grocery store is a five minute drive up the road so even feeling like you’re in the woods you’re close to anything you need. We will definitely be back!!

We were very satisfied with the house and the neighborhood it was located in. The house was very clean and was a perfect fit for our family. We will definitely call Andrene next year when we go back.

We had a great family gathering at Scott’s lake house. Lots of room for everyone including Skye, our dog. Great sunrises and sunsets. Played cornhole and went inside to warm up!

Great place for a weekend getaway to Huntersville NC. We personally went to the Carolina Renaissance Festival. the house was right down the road from the festival. Furthermore the home is minutes from Target and amazing shopping area.

This was my family’s second time staying here and it was just as perfect for my family as the first time! With an almost 2 year old, the house being 1 level is great. My 10 year old could not stop talking about how comfortable her bed was and Morena was very accommodating with us to let in a crib rental company to set up a crib in one of the bedrooms that was magically awaiting our arrival! My brother and his family live in the neighborhood and we will definitely be renting this house every time we come to visit them!

It was situated on a beautiful lake in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at Patricia’s Airbnb. She was an excellent hostess.

I would definitely recommend. Nice quiet place that wasn’t far from activities and restaurants. I look forward to using this space again.

The unit is in a quiet apartment complex. It was very private, even though there seems to be a lot of residents in the complex. Beds were comfortable. Pleased with the price point.

Michelle's house was amazing! The decor was modern. The TV in the living room was large, the electronic fireplace was cozy and the sofa was extremely comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfy. Highly recommend!

I was there on a work trip and the location was very close to downtown. It was a really functional apartment with everything you need to feel at home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tonya’s place! The instructions were clear and easy to follow and the space was cozy and smelled so good as soon as we entered! Tonya also had the sweetest cat that greeted us and even “escorted” us from our car to the deck and steps the evening we returned late from the wedding we were in town for. Would recommend this place 1,000%!

This apartment is spacious and comfortable. Nice view and patio. Quick drive to Davidson Main Street. Close to highway. Nice touches like plenty of coffee, tea, trial size toiletries. Wi-Fi worked great. Host responded quickly and I was happy that they didn’t proactively send us a ton of messages checking on us. I also liked that check out was just lock up and leave. No list of chores. 😅 We will stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful property. Better than the photos. Strict rules posted pre checkin but no issues at the house at all. Responsive host. Very clean. Had everything we needed and wanted. There were a bit of spiders on the dock by the lake but that is also part of being at a lake house. Beds were comfortable! I would return to this property!

We had a great time at Lake Norman. House has plenty of space and is in a great centralized location. It is down a slight offshoot from the main part of the lake which is a huge positive since there is very little boat traffic in front of the house. Quiet and peaceful. We would go back again for sure. The yard and porch are shaded with fans making it very comfortable even with heat and humidity. We rented a boat and were able to dock it right at the house. We had such a good time, we put it on the list as a location we may want to retire to. Thank you Jennifer for everything.

Native to the area. Ended up booking Melanie’s place for family to stay, due to local flood where I lost my home. This place was above and beyond, and just what we needed to escape and relax from the stresses of clean up. The house was magnificent and spotless; well stocked with all the amenities. We we’re lucky to find this place, and would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a peaceful getaway on the water, yet close enough to restaurants and local shopping.

This location superseded all the guests' expectation. It is simply beautiful in a simple style. The open space and floor plans were perfect for our small family gathering, which included four generations. The bedrooms were strategically positioned with several sleeping arrangement options, making deciding the sleeping arrangement not difficulty. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with basic appliances, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery, and the washer and dryer were a bonus to be able to have clean towels daily. The inclement weather kept us inside due to the rain the duration of our three-night stay. The teens were excited upon arrival, talked about outside activities to include doing photos. The sun came out the day we had to leave. The location of our small family gathering was perfect for our purpose.

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday to be close to other family in the area. Larry and Pat were extremely friendly and helpful, and even let us check in early which was very helpful with our 1.5 year old! We enjoyed the space and the views. Would definitely come back!

Skylar has been super responsive. Being a large group we had an amazing time as the house was able to accommodate us all. Definitely worth booking again!
