The house was beautiful. The kitchen stove was amazing. Nicest stove I’ve ever cooked on house was nice and clean. Very big.

Patrick is a wonderful host; his place is quiet and was perfect for our stay. The house is private and well equipped. Patrick thought of everything and was very responsive to any questions. Thank you for hosting our party!

Perfect private oasis for family get togethers. Everyone enjoyed the place and the features (pool, spa, corn-hole, ping pong). Rooms all had comfy beds and the living room was great for spending time together (although the couch is now a big “l” couch and not three sets of recliner sofas as was seen in the photos - but very comfy). We would absolutely book again if planning another trip to Bullhead City/Laughlin.

Ryan went above and beyond everytime we communicated and is an amazing host. The home and Ryan's professionalism made our Christmas Holiday a true blessing. It was a surprise visitation for my elderly mother for the holidays, and the entire family was happy.

I probably cannot describe enough how beautiful and comfortable and clean and cozy this rental was I wanted for nothing here the backyard with the pool and the views was beyond amazing Emily was great at answering every questions I had this house is so spacious you have enough room for family and friends great for relax and entertainment if I had to give one bad review on this is that I had to come home and leave thank you we had a beautiful stay and would return

My sister and I had a wonderful time here, we used this as our home base for a weekend vacation. Mary was very kind and helpful. The space was so cute and decorated with lights. Pet friendly as well (:

Great stay for my team at Noemy's house! Clean, in a good neighborhood, quiet, but just two blocks from the main road in town with a ton of businesses. We didn't hear traffic at all. The home was spotless and all appliances that we used worked, though the microwave display was broken as noted by Noemy. It worked fine; you just had to figure out which buttons to press! :-) The home itself was a bit dated and felt like a time warp back to the 80s except for the huge and brand-new refrigerator along with big flat-screen TVs in every bedroom, but everything was well-maintained and clean, so it was no big deal. The remodeling that turned it into a 4-bedroom from the original 3-bedroom configuration left the former master bath with a quirky 3 different doors that needed locking during use, and with a larger group, those 2 bathrooms may be a bit of a bottleneck, but otherwise everything was absolutely outstanding and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
