The apartment is comfortable, clean and spacious. Location is within walking distance to night bazaar and many restaurants nearby. Gym at the upper floor of the building is relatively well equipped. The host is very responsive. When the host was informed that the door lock battery is low, the technician came within the next half hour to fixed it.

A lovely home! Our 9 year old renamed it "the celebrity house" because it's like nothing else and you feel like a celebrity staying there. Great for a group as the rooms are huge! There were some minor cleaning details that could be better but the host responded well. The pool was fantastic. Would definitely recommend for a group.

Loved Wenhui's place, exactly as described. I have to say this location was perfect for everything we like to do in Chaing mai. Swimming pool is sparkling clean and even in the middle of rainstorms we were able to enjoy the pool. The saltwater in the pool is great on the skin and hair also. House is well stocked and Nine the house manager is a real charm. Everyone was so helpful it really made it seem like we were staying with family and not a rental. Cant wait to return. 🙌😍😍

This place is amazing. Umy is so helpful & supportive & responsive. She is an amazing host who has made this place with her heart. The house is practical, modern, clean & has everything you need. The swimming pool is beautiful & cleaned regularly. The kitchen has everything you need, infact more than you ever will need. The pool table is like a plus which you can enjoy after swim. Everything that is kept here is of superior quality and Umy takes care of everything from her heart and alwasy available to help you out.

Amazing stay. The room looks exactly like pictured, the view is just even better in person. Locating the homestay was easy as we are familiar with the mountain roads and are comfortable riding a motorbike. If you are driving a car or planning to hire a service, I'd keep in mind that this spot is tucked away in the mountains and the roads getting up can be steep and narrow. Closest 7-11 is about 15-20 minutes down the mountain so being fully prepared with all necessities and snacks is highly recommended, but the homestay does have a tiny shop with basic needs, as well as a kitchen that you can order from. Their mookrata (thai bbq/hotpot) was a phenomenal experience as we overlooked the views in the evening.

Everything shown on page as per described. The host Numb was extremely helpful and hospitable. The additional snacks in the room was a bonus. She also shared great additions to city life. Thank you and will be back.

The house is very quiet, the light is very good, there are all the supplies for the holidays, and the host is very responsive.There is a security guard downstairs, this stay experience is very good, recommended for vacation needs.

This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.
