Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Hua Hin Beach

We wanted an affordable place not too far from the beach with its own kitchen. And it was a big plus it has pool in neighborhood. Morgan is very responsive and Pia who looks after it for him is very kind and helpful. While it's a little ways from stores, there is a small shop at the clubhouse where you buy some basic necessities and it's great because Pia also manages the clubhouse . There are some small restaurants not far from the main gates. The neighborhood is very peaceful

Very nice house in a nice development. Every thing was as per described and as per the pictures. Very well equipped with good quality furnishings, towels bedding etc much better than normally experienced in AIR BNB properties which was really appreciated. Great local restaurants and beaches within 5 min drive. The host also very generously stocked the fridge which was such a welcoming thing and again really appreciated ...Thankyou !! No hesitation to recommend this lovely home and host and we will come again, Cheers Mike

This house really suited us as a family of four. It was great value, a big residence with huge rooms and a fantastic kitchen dining area. The pool slide was a lot of fun for our children. Overall this was a great place to stay. What would make it even better would be a washing machine :)

It was a stay of a lifetime. Some differences vs the picture in the air bnb page but that doesn't mean its worse, it was better with more plants and house animals. My kids love the encounter esp with the dog. The pool is perfect. The amenities are complete. We will surely go back there again if there's a chance in the future.

Nice place, nice host, very nice room, just a pity. At the top there is a rooftop room with a good view, but there is a hot weather in the room. There is no air conditioning.

Nice Villa with big pool and even a slide, kids enjoyed spend time during day. Good for family with kids, we also used the bbq in the evening. My only suggestion is to add some wardrobe as there is none in any of the bedrooms - stayed for 5 nights and had to keep all cloths in luggages. All in all good stay, thank you.

The villa is spacious and well-equipped, with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, especially with easy access right from the terrace. The location is perfect – there are lots of interesting places nearby, and we discovered a great bakery just across the road that became a daily stop for us. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Matched our expectations. Good value but utility cost was higher than we expected. Beautiful yard and pool, which is where we spent most of our time. Very responsive owner and local caretaker. They even replaced the TV while we were there, which was much appreciated. Lots of good restaurants close by. Felt very safe going for morning walks around the neighborhood. We liked it so much we tried to book again while in Thailand but it wasn’t available. Would recommend!

The place is perfect. Bei made sure that we had everything we needed. The pool is amazing but with small children you have to be really careful because the floor around the pool is super slippery. The apartment was spacious, clean and bright.

Excellent villa, very comfortable and cozy. Absolutely everything is there for convenience, all necessary dishes, grill, coffee machine, the pool is cleaned 2 times a week. The owner of the villa is a very nice person, helps with absolutely any question, helped with ordering drinking water, coffee beans, etc. Quickly responds to any question. Excellent location of the villa, all kinds of deliveries are available, the territory is quiet and beautiful. We will definitely come back again.
